She did cut a few inches off my hair. When I got home I realized that my hair was still gray and that I had payed $200 for a trim! I did notify her and she gave me back 30 dollars out of the 200! I also received annoying emails from her stating that I had not been there in 3 years. I have no idea what that matters! When I go to a salon, I want to come out looking and feeling good.
