We decided to get a few quotes as a starting point and reached out to a few people. When we reached out to Mark, He responded very quickly and offered a very reasonable price. We ultimately decided to use him and we're glad we did. Not only did he come in with the best price, but he made himself available to do the job at our desired timeframe which if you are purchasing a home know it has to be done quickly. Mark remained very flexible the whole time and when we needed to reschedule our first date, he came out a different day with no issues. The most important thing for us was an inspector who would actually be thorough and that is what we got. The inspection took about 2 hours and Mark was extremely friendly, professional and most importantly, knowledgable and skilled. He had everything he needed, wore a mask and made the whole process very easy for us. He started outside and inspected every little thing. Once inside, he made sure everything was working, every outlet, every piece of equipment, checked every crack, every piece of paver, attics, tiles....you name it, he checked it. He took photos, created a list and at the end he sat down with us and went over all of his findings one by one. Anything major he made sure to then reshow us what he found so we knew what we were looking at. Mark was very professional and very conscientious of our new home. Now I'm stuck with thousands of dollars of bills to repair after the purchase of the home. When I asked the company to compensate via insurance, they stated I signed an agreement which I can only claim damages up to the amount of the inspection fee $450!!!. They screwed me and cost me money on the home price as well as repair and refuse to make me whole! Mark Bendit, shame on you! Please check the agreement before you sign. It says you waive your right to be compensated above the inspection fee if they are negligent!! Do not sign! Do not use their services!!!

Hope they would be master of inspections for my new house purchase. The inspector was nice, answered all questions. That's why I gave 2 * instead of 1. However, after I moved in the house I believe that there are some small things to fix. 2 weeks later, the national grid came to turn on our meter and then he locked our all gas due to he found out gas leaks and wrong installation. The fixing problem is more than $10k. Just one of the most things need to fix, but this part the inspector didn't tell us before. And we couldn't have gas for almost 3 weeks due to fixing and holidays( thanksgiving) Go back to the inspection, we read again. Yeah. He wrote some improper installation, gas leakages. But why he didn't mention about I should've done the gas fixing before any gas company came so that we will not get no heat, gas, hot water for 3-4 weeks. The inspector only recommended to move the dryer and washer out then we will fix the problems, estimates cost $2-3k. So we didn't think this was a big problem.
