BUYER BEWARE!! Price Jumped 34%! Fees and huge price Jump. My total was a 34% jump in price from the listed price. Frankly their pricing was insulting. It insults the intelligence of every buyer that steps foot on that dealership! I guess I should have paid attn. to the 2.5 Stars they currently had and saved some time. I was looking for a Used car Kia Soul for my daughter. I don't live in FL but was planning to visit so have been trying to line up a few cars to see. When I reach out to dealers my 1st question is; "What are you Fees? What do you add to the Price?" I am experienced enough to expect a DEALER FEE above and beyond your regular TT&L costs. I asked the salesperson, KRISTEN TALBOT, Up front...what are the fees? She listed the tag fee and doc fees and the Dealer fee of $789. Thats all. We are now in the world of the NO HAGGLE pricing. SO I asked Kristen..... could she throw together a basic quote based on my Zip so I could estimate my "Out the Door"price? A Quote..... I was shocked and insulted to see a never disclosed "INSPECTION FEE" of $1,195 on the Quote. SERIOUSLY. The largest fee you charge and you somehow overlooked it when I asked about your fees. See an advertised price on the car but to buy it you are looking at a 34% price increase. So besides taxes there are roughly $2,000 in fees added... The FLAT Inspection FEE and the DEALer FEE are Pure Profit!! You get nothing from that. The inception fee is bogus.... To buy the car in the first place and to ultimately list it for sale the dealer will do its own inspection. That is the cost of doing business and should be factored in the list price of the car........Not added as a Profit Padding Fee. This is America.....I don't begrudge profit. But what you are doing is advertising below market prices on cars and calling it "No Haggle" to attract buyers to your dealership.....Then after they have made an emotional purchase and want the car........BAM......FEES. They sell under the old adage quoted from P.T.Barnum, "There is a suck born every minute!" In this case I expected fees. Kristen made the mistake of not disclosing when I asked up front!! Kristen was very cordial and helpful and I thank her. She is probably just the messenger of the Finance Depts. tactics.

2016 Chevy Silverado LT…read more I'll give you the run down of my issues so far after just 4 months of having this vehicle. Day 1 of getting the truck the radio went out. I spoke with manny he told me to bring it in I canceled work that day to bring in my truck just for a guy to tell me it shorted out. That's costs me $2000 for a new radio and install. I purchased your kat skin leather package day of purchase, took over a month to get it done and was asked to pay an additional $700 for the seats (which I had to fight because I already paid) luckily they were able to find the paperwork stating I already paid. After the leather finally got done I noticed it was not quality work but I figured I'm not going through that hassle again so I'll deal with it. Keys were to be left in the gas cap so I could pick it up after hours in case the financial manager left early but manny told me he may be there. When I arrived to pick up my truck I could not find the key in the truck but saw my keys on the counter inside. I knocked on every door then saw the finance guy was still inside but ignoring me. I went and not on his window. He then very angrily grabbed his pistol from his backpack and approached the front door with his hand on his pistol behind his back and yelling at me. After trying to calm him down I told him to please just give me my keys. He finally handed me my keys. You may be able to pull video footage of this situation up in files. 3 months in Lifter dropped on cylinder 7 truck was smoking extremely bad. I had it towed home and then dropped it off at kelly service department in bartow with Anthony. Anthony did a great job getting me in and out this costs me $3500 4 months in bottom end of the engine was toast. My truck has already been sitting in the shop for 16 days with no solution. At first I was told I had a bent pushrod. Turns out that was from another truck "supposedly". Then I was informed it was the cylinder wall. Seems fishy almost as if something from the lifter work that's was done failed, rod bent and damaged the piston causing cylinder damage and then saying the rod wasn't from my truck would obviously turn heads to the other direction. I've had to step away from my work and personal life multiple times to deal with these issues and it has laid much stress on me and my family.That being said they want me to pay $9000 out of pocket plus I'd be paying 3 monthly payments without my truck in my possession. DO NOT GO HERE. Communication and professionalism is not a thing in these peoples world. I should have listened to other reviews and friends and family telling me not to go here.

Also on another note The price we went in for was higher than the internet price and when I brought it up to them they said no problem we will adjust the paperwork to reflect the online pricing. I will never buy another truck anywher else.

Over Thanksgiving, I brought my 2021 VW Atlas in for repeated stalling and a Start/Stop system error -- a serious safety issue that included the vehicle shutting off while driving with my wife and our two week old newborn in the car. The dealership diagnosed a failed EVAP carbon canister, which is covered under Volkswagen's extended warranty. At the same time, they documented "heavy deformation" of the fuel tank and confirmed it required replacement. Despite this, I was required to pay out of pocket for the fuel tank replacement. Fuel tank collapse is widely recognized as a consequential failure of a faulty carbon canister due to excessive vacuum in the EVAP system. Instead of honoring coverage, the dealership presented a "discount," but I was still charged over $1,200 for a repair directly tied to a covered component. My advice: - Get everything in writing - Question any "discount" offered on warranty-related repairs - Don't assume a repair tied to a covered defect will automatically be treated as consequential damage - Escalate the matter to Volkswagen Customer Care This experience has been extremely disappointing given the safety implications involved.
