I have gone here many times and had a good experience. as of lately it's been awful. not asking what kind of pedicure, not asking, shape, refusing designs, RUSHING. today I was hit with the drill at LEAST 4 times. I was told no to my design because it would take too long but Tammy said it was easy, so we continued. pretty sure we used a regular polish for my under coat because it was still wet after the curing light, I have been home now for 5 hours and suddenly my nail is peeling AND WET UNDER THE DESIGN. This is absolutely sickening, I have never seen anything cleaned there after its use. Not to mention the woman doing my nails reeked of cat piss and kept coughing as her mask was falling down. $61 down the drain. Also don't bother making appointments they NEVER refuse service they stack clients on clients that's why they always end up rushing. Pro tip maybe do better work and take your time to get the tip and pay you want. rushing to get your tips and take home up is going to shut y'all down. read more

They did a wonderful job on my acrylic refill and the pricing was definitely one of the lowest I've seen for a gel refill. I have no issues being in a Walmart to get my nails done, so it's five stars from me :) read more

Made an appointment for each of my granddaughters to have their nails done. Asked if they could be done at the same time as we had plans later. Arrived at the salon at appointment time and the techs had seated people in front of us. Didnt have staff to do both of the same time. Waited hours to get both girls done. Dont ever believe you have an appointment as they do not honor them. read more

I've been going to Regal Nails for a few months now. When I first started, everyone was nice. Don took his time on my nails. He spoke to me. Made me feel welcomed. Then, it all changed when I got a pedicure one day and the lady cut my toe. I said something about it. She repeatedly cut me and I was in pain. They made me feel stupid and acted like it was no big deal. I paid full price and left. About a month later I needed my nails done and when I went back, no one greeted me. I was asked "what color do you want" and my fill was done in about 20 min. Don was rushing so bad that he kept burning my nails and making me jump. He wasn't talking me. Acted like it was bothersome that I was there. I randomly got a link to fill out a survey for their store after I left so I filled it out and gave my honest opinion since they wanted feedback. I woke up the next day to a text from Don making me feel bad for my feedback. I blocked his number and I'll never return. If anyone has good recommendations for nail techs in the kc area, please let me know! read more

So...we didn't realize this was actually in Walmart until a few minutes of searching so we're a little hesitant. But the ladies who did our pedicures were great. Friendly and did a nice job. Only weird thing was that my friend did the volcano upgrade and I didn't and we honestly had nothing different in terms of the service. We were done at exactly the same time. Ah well. Wouldn't be opposed to coming here again if I'm the area. read more

I'd seeing a lot of negative reviews here. I use the one at Legends Walmart. Maybe that matters as they are independently owned. The one at the Walmart at SHAWNEE Mission Parkway isn't that good. They may have had a staff upgrade because I love them. Best $25 pedicure I've had. I use the older lady and she is very nice and gentle when she clips my toenails. Great massage and uses a scrub on my legs, even on the budget pedicure. My nails are always great. I use the powder dipped nails and they stay on for up to 4 weeks, If I get busy and don't make it back in a Reasonable time. I've been to some places that the topcoat peels after 2-4 days and the corners start to come up soon after. That never happens here (The nail still grows out so mine really need it every 2 weeks.) read more

Have been to the regal nails in Omaha many times and had great experiences. Thought to try this one on the girls trip for my moms birthday - wrong choice. They were very rough and pulling on our nails. cut my nails down to nearly nothing, and felt like they were digging into my skin around my toenails. the place was entirely chaotic - way too small for the number of people they let in. techs were very rude and fast, just trying to get onto the next customer. not checking the work. she wanted me to soak my feet in water that was entirely too hot, and i politely told her so, and she said try again now. after doing nothing. i knew it would still burn my feet but i dipped them in again and said it's still pretty hot. she left and went on to the next person instead of adding cooler water to mine. i ended up waiting an extra 30 minutes before she even came back to me. read more

I love this nail salon! Phi (pronounced 'fee') is the best pedicure provider I have EVER had. She is the master of toenails!!! Don is my nail specialist: he is extremely FAST, ACCURATE and makes everything even and perfect!!! Yes, they are terrible at initial customer service...they barely acknowledge you and are haphazard with appointments, BUT the workers are worth the wait!!! read more

I have been a customer at this shop for at least 12 years. But after today , I will not spend another dime at this shop! I had a 5:3O appt with one of the owners. I arrive at 5:29. The shop is packed and he is not there. I asked his wife was he there and she responds" he gone home" I then had to ask her should I stay?, was someone else going to do my nails and ped?, why wasn't he there when I had an appointment??? She said "yeah you can stay, I have one more after this one!" What is the point of making appointments when you get shoved aside to accommodate all the walk ins? No explanation as to why I wasn't called and told he couldn't honor my appointment was given. I work too hard for my money to be so slighted, disrespected and a victim of such poor customer service. I stopped getting my nails done here a year or so ago because I was tired of the way they were so rough, pulling and yanking and prying up lifted tips instead of soaking them first. Last weekend my regular nail tech was in the hospital, and because I was going to have to wait for a fill, I went to Regal just to get a polish change to tide me over a couple of days. First, they argued with me and said I needed a fill. When I refused and insisted on only the polish change, the nail tech polished me while I was sitting at the dryer. It was obvious they considered me a waste of their time. No top coat, no conversation, and a lot of jabbering back and forth in Vietnamese which I don't understand and I think is very rude to do to a customer. I'm not too sorry they didn't use a table, though, because the ones I saw were so filthy I wouldn't even have wanted to put my purse down. One of the techs was complaining that someone had left a nail clipper lying there without sterilizing it for a new customer. When nobody paid attention to her, she threw the dirty clipper in a drawer. Eeeeeewwwwww. read more

This is my new Go-To place for pedies. I've been here three times now and finally decided on having My do my feet. She does a great job without a lot of chatter and nonsense. She is pleasant and efficient and my feet feel like a million bucks after we're done. I get the basic job for about $24 plus tip. Really worth the money. Good for your circulation and general foot health. Also, I like that this business is located in the Dotte and convenient for me. I like keeping my money in my community. read more

The receptionist didn't acknowledge that I was waiting to be helped and when she finally helped she was rude. When I finally got to a tech he damn near tried to saw my damn fingers off.
