Today was the second time I've been here at this particular location, and I have to say both times I have been immensely pleased with my results! My first visit here, I discovered the beauty of "mood" color-changing nails which turned out AMAZING, including the added floral design with tiny gemstones that Trang added on. Today, I went in with the most basic of ideas, which Trang took and again turned into a beautiful masterpiece! She created a marbled design on my ring fingers, then added a beautiful, metallic jade polish on top of the dark metallic color I had pre-picked, and used a tiny magnet to shift the bright jade to the tips, creating almost an ombré appearance which seems to shift as they're moved back and forth in the light! I've been going to this salon for about 3 years now to get my eyebrow and lip waxed. Kim, who I think is also the owner, does such a wonderful meticulous job with making sure my eyebrows are "on point" as they say. The one time another lady that was doing the waxing did an uneven job, Kim came in and fixed it. The other ladies as well do a good job. My mom also comes here for her mani-pedi's and loves them. Overall I think the ladies here do a wonderful job and Kim even tries to remember every customers names! read more

Well, I didn't think I was going to have a bad experience but I knew the moment I was told the sale for pedi and mani was over. I guess it was just a hook! But then when I was told "that color looks better on you" I knew I messed up. I just wanted to try it. The color I originally wanted was put on my finger nails and it looked good but after looking at it again, it wasn't. The gel polish was not on well. It's all around the outside of the mail which means they're going to peel faster and my toes don't any better. Staff seemed very nice but the work was not done well. read more

Okay. My wedding day is in a week, and I got a French Tip Acrylic Manicure. So here is the gossip... I think they are wonderful in a general sense. My lady was obviously in a rush to get to lunch or something. She did a beautiful job on most of my nails. Just not my thumb.... It's crooked. The one lady next to me did my moms nails and did a spectacular job! She congratulated me and took real good care of my mom!! After the incident with the ingrown toenail I had to come back for a quick pedi. The only thing they do perfectly is the heel of your foot. They scrub it well and that's why I decided to try again. Anyway, other than that, they have some older women doing the painting and it's always so bad! They literally did the worst job ever and tried to clean up the skin after painting my entire toe. It was clumpy, nasty old polish and it looked terrible! I had a trip I was going on and I just told myself to not trip over it... but you know you want fresh feet on vacation. Then this one lady tried to rip me off on the price of my pedi. She acted like she couldn't remember the pricing. She overcharged me by $6 and she's been there since I started going there and I always tip well. That's when I knew they don't respect me or my business. I've always been kind and courteous and put up with issues like not doing what I ask or doing a terrible looking design but this just blew me alway. Worst service ever and I went in to get gel nails and pedicure - they kept trying to up sale me for other services which I wasn't interested! After this, I asked them for the gold glitter color since there weren't many options but they ignored me - I asked about 4 times and they didn't respond and they were fighting in their own language, YES fighting - my mom was on the call with me and she couldn't hear me since these 2 ladies were yelling at each other! The service was bad the lady didn't know how to do proper nail shape! Horrible experience! I would never go again! read more

They try their best despite their English not being the best and will try to build a connection with their customers. If I could give this place a zero I would. I went to get an eyebrow wax and I brought a picture of how I wanted my eyebrows. I specifically told the beauty tech 3 times "I do not want my eyebrows thin". What I got were uneven eyebrows, my arches completely different than my natural shape, and are now much, much thinner. I didn't let her finish because I stopped her as soon as she finished the waxing and she was about to grab those tweezers. I guess her intention was to give me eyebrows like hers - thin, with round arches (which I noticed, not to be racist, it's how most asian girls have their eyebrows done). Never go to this place for waxing. They're not attentive and focused on the task. Waxing eyebrows is not like doing nails, it requires more attention to detail, which they lack. I'm not sure how good her english was, because she obviously did the opposite of what I asked for. I had gotten y eyebrows done here before by another beauty tech, and she had done an awesome job, was attentive, she analyzed the picture of the eyebrows I wanted, and took her time. This person was just plain awful. I will not be going back and I do not recommend it. read more

Amy did an excellent job on my Pedi as well as the deluxe treatment. It was $35 for deluxe pedi...lots of colors to choose from. It took about 45 min and based off of the other customers pedi's, all of the techniciana know how to do nails.... read more

Not really impressed, I usually go somewhere else but needed 2 nails repaired in a pinch and decided to change the color. She was fast but no wonder, she left my nails lumpy and I specifically stated half a dozen times I wanted matte color, no shine. She did regular shiney nails. Not sure if that was a language barrier thing or what. Finally got the matte... only there are spots on my nails that are not matte at all, clearly two different things. Waste of $25 just for that. Now I gotta go back to my regular and get it all fixed... more money. smdh read more

I've been to this nail salon twice for acrylic nails. I believe the guy that did my nails both times was named Hung. I freaking LOVE how he did my nails! I love getting the coffin shaped nails & he really took his time to make sure each nail was the same length and shape. I've been to other places and my nails were never the same shape or length. I have been going here for about 4 months. The last 2 times I have had to wait between 45 mins to 1 hr just to get my nails done. They tell me 20 mins wait each time. I will not be going back because of the rude service I experienced this week. Had my nails done on Sunday, had a young girl that did them (SNS NAILS). They were too thin, chipped 2 of them within 3 days of getting them done. Went back today to get repair and they were so rude! read more

I tried this place years ago and got a terrible manicure. They cut my cuticles too deep and then over layered the nail polish. It chipped in hours. I decided to try them once more today for waxing. It was awful. They cooled the wax to the point it hurt going on, didn't do a good job on the waxing and I had to clean it up myself when I got home, they were very obviously talking about my fiancée and I in their native language which was insulting, they misled us on prices, and were insulting for the sake of trying to up sale. It was also dirty and seemed unsanitary. I will not be back. If you want great service and good prices go to Great Nails down the street. They are amazing. read more

I used to be a regular at this salon. When the previous owner, Jon, was there it was great! But now it has really gone down hill. I've given them 5 tries and now I'm looking for a new salon. Every time I've gone I've gotten nails that are all different shapes and lengths. One star off because of the lack of relaxing atmosphere, but didn't expect much in that regard since it's inside of Walmart. I splurged on the deluxe pedicure and got a gel manicure and both were top notch! The nice lady did a great job on my manicure, which can be difficult because my nails are very short--but did not leave with polish all over my finger tips as I have at most places. read more

I use to love this place when a manager by the name of Tommy was running this place up close and personal and straight forward, now I go in, I am met with different prices on a monthly basis like I am in a swap meet, Normally I tip 25 dollars to the staff even if I just get a eyebrow pluck, each time I go in the prices go up, hummm, just for me it seems, as the women talk in their language, the funny thing is my sister is from their country and she is mixed and I take her with me and they have no clue as they bargin me out, no posted signs, nothing to the cost as it was before. This young manager walks in quotes them a price as if she is being kind and all, yet stealing, yet jacking prices to the bottom line, when the employees who do the work should reep the rewards. I am so done with this place, yet it is so close to home , found a new place where prices are posted, next to Amys and it is hastle free and cheaper and they do awesome work! read more

While I have never been to Regal Nails for any waxing I do get pedicures at Regal Nail regularly. I have always found the staff to be friendly, courteous and professional. They accept walk-ins and I have never had to wait very long. The premises are clean. The same staff is there all of the time. I have never had any trouble communicating exactly what I want and getting precisely what I ask for. The prices are very reasonable and my feet feel and look beautiful. read more
