my wife and her children went to this place with a 10:30 appointment. they didn't get treated until 11:30, and the prices were ridiculous. my daughter came here for a full set a few weeks ago and it was $65, she got a fill with the same thing and it was $85. that is honestly criminal. in total, my daughter spent 3 hours getting her nails done, NOT including the time spent waiting for them to start. i will not be paying for any services from this company again. read more

very bad experience I got my nails done at Nails & Spa on Sunday, and by Monday the gel was already lifting and coming off around the edges. I was really disappointed because I expected them to last much longer than one day. The application was not done properly, and the quality did not meet my expectations. I really enjoy this salon. I have had full set, balances, and pedicures. I have seen many artists, and definitely have my favorites ;-) They offer a variety of full sets, dip, and gel nails - I don't think they offer 'regular polish', but I could be wrong. I have always enjoyed by nails, most of the time LOVED them. There has been an occasional time where I have had to be firm with what I wanted, to love them. However, I often receive compliments on my nails and it's always followed by, 'where do you get them done?' I really enjoy the pedicures here as well - they have a variety of packages with the ability to pick your scents of lotions and soaking salts. I am very hard on my feet.... so, I always need a lot of elbow grease to get to feeling smooth! ;-)... embarrassingly so, tbh. iNails will always be my choice! read more

Clean, extremely professional and nice spacious salon! We have 4 customers at once and they took us all at one time and took their time with each of us! My hubby even had the start of an ingrown nail and she slowly took her time to remove that. My tech was friendly and did an excellent job! I made an appointment for my husband and I to get manicures. When we arrived they sat us separately so we asked if we could sit together and were told no. We asked a different nail technician and they also said no which was frustrating cause I booked the appointment for two so we could be together. Once we we're contemplating leaving, they finally agreed to let us sit together. They only have one type of manicure which is fine but it was so expensive for what we received. My husband got his nails cut and cuticles trimmed (which was all he wanted) but for $30 you would think there would be a hand massage or something. His was done in under ten minutes. I got a gel manicure and the manicure itself is really poor quality. The polish is uneven and they didn't even clean up my hang nails. It was done in about 20 minutes for $45. Both of these services felt rushed and not worth what we paid. I definitely would not go back. read more

Can we just talk about this magical nail salon right now. I go there every time to get my nails done and I've been going there for a little bit. I went there tonight Thursday night on my way home from work. I wanted something fancy I wanted dip with a tip and I wanted them hombre. I get there at six. They're a little bit busy. I have to wait a little bit not a big deal they had somebody take the dip off my nails they had somebody put the tips on my nails and then Annie, who is the best in the world stayed until 830 to finish my nails and they close at 6:30. I had no idea they close at 6:30. She stayed to accommodate me. She did the full on beautiful hombre. I am so impressed. I just can't stop raving about this place. I love everybody that works here, but Annie is the best! read more

I'm sorry but this is not worth $75, it was simple set, it feels and looks bumpy and sheer... very disappointed with the service as well... I had to wait in a pedicure chair for 45 minutes before someone attended me, then I had to wait 15 min for my Acrylic set on the chair already, the nail technician kept getting up and leaving me mid way, when he was done he had my hands on the UV lamp and then he walked off, never spoke to me again until it was time to pay... and on top of that I paid $204 for 1 deluxe pedicure, 1 basic gel pedicure and my Acrylic full set, I definitely didn't get my money worth. Will not recommend this place. read more

I came it to do a regular pedicure with regular polish French tip. Because there was a language barrier, the person doing my nails had to call other techs to translate what I wanted. It was disruptive to the other techs so I showed him a picture of what I wanted and I thought he understood. At the end of my service I hated my nails. I decided to take it as it is because I had another engagement. I decided to come back the next day to get it fixed. I waited for 4 hrs for them to tell me that if they fixed it to what I wanted it would be $10 after I had already paid. I was upset because this could have been expressed when I walked in 4 hours prior. After explaining to them that I showed the tech exactly what I wanted and he failed to achieve that look they concluded to fix my French tips. Moral of the story don't cheat on your nail tech if you have a good one. Maybe I just got the person I got on their bad day. Where they were tierd and just wanted to be done for the day. I didn't have a good experience but because they fixed my nails I would say you can try them out and see for yourself. read more

I absolutely love this salon! I have gone twice now to get acrylic's done and I've never had them done better. My personal favorite staff member is Annie, she actually did my set yesterday evening. She's very kind & gentle, makes sure what she's doing is to your liking before Continuing on with her work. I requested a Halloween design I keep seeing, but still like skeleton fingers, I will include pictures. She did a wonderful job, I'm in love with the results. For $75 this time I could be happier! With my last set before this one, I'll include pictures aswell, I just did black & sparkly green acrylics and it was $50 for them! Prices are definitely worth the end results! read more

Went here for the first time today. Walked in and was able to get a pedicure pretty quickly. Julie did a wonderful, careful, gentle yet thorough job with a nice massage. She didn't rush through at the end, even though it got very busy. Will definitely be back. Everyone seemed very nice. Recommend! read more

I went in for a gel mani, something I've been getting done for years. The nail tech removing my old polish insisted I had dip not gel, they got several people involve trying to convince me I had dip. They proceeded to grind my nails telling me my natural nails were not strong enough to support gel and I needed dip or acrylic. They finally agreed to do gel - the gel is bumpy and not nice. Very uneven coating. $70 for a terrible manicure (they charged me to remove the dip I didn't have). Absolutely horrible. read more
