I would not recommend this nail salon if you need eye brow services. The lady at the front desk may be the owner, I'm not sure. She cannot do eye brows either it was bad timing I do not know. My eye brows are horrible, thank the Lord my eye brows do grow back pretty fast, so I will suffer this out for about two weeks. If you want lopsided eye brows and look like a crazy person this would be the place for you. She appeared nice, but once I got in the chair, the devil got in her and come to think about she didn't even give me a mirror to check out the services. I get my nails done here every time since I moved in Dover. They never fail to amaze me with how friendly they are. I love how they interact with their guests. Not to mention, they have a variety of nail services at a reasonable price. I have also seen the designs they are able to do, which can fit to any occasion. I highly recommend it. read more

Todays visit wasnt up to the normal standards. The place was cold to sit in , only the males were working today .Not offered the normal cup of tea etc .The place was quite grubby .The music was dire , it was on a loop and after an hour and a half it was driving customers mad . I asked if they could change it but to no avail .Come back ladies and make the place a happy chatty relaxing place again read more

I've been coming here for four years and get my nails done every couple weeks. Snow is the best around! They have a great selection of colors and products, with plenty of extras to design any nail you want. The prices are very fair. All the photos I posted are sets I had done there. This joint unfortunately is questionable...I feel they have only one nail technician that really knows what their doing and it's hard to get her!!! I told my daughter who is booked on rotation with her, if I ever come back here to slap the bleep out of me!!! I did come back bcs not too many shops are doing dipping powder... took my chances. First & second time got lucky third time not so lucky..technician had different technique and was a little messy and not neat. Last two toe nail polish changes HORRIBLE how can they really mess that up... two different tech... maybe they were in training..smh!!! Gotta find me a new spot!!!! I recently visited this salon after having my dipping powder removed (rather aggressively) at another nail salon in Virginia. I figured since I'm in Delaware for the week I'd give this salon, where my aunt comes for her own nails. I received service from Ny, a new tech at the shop. She seemed like a real sweetheart and we had a good conversation during my manicure. I loved that the sanitation practices seemed thorough and that she checked in with me multiple times to make sure I was getting what I'd asked for. Would definitely return! read more

I'm from NY and I was excited to get a pedicure with my cousins. I don't know if this is normal for Delaware but there were no prices listed! And when it came time to pay my one pedicure costs $33. I could haven't gotten the same pedicure for $20 or less at my home salon. I got an orange color for my pedicure but I can see through the polish meaning there wasn't enough coats put on. I will say I was impressed that it was very sanitary since we are living through COVID-19. read more

I was not happy with the service. My technician kept stopping to kill flies. I guess due to COVID and less customers the prices have increased big time. Plus it's not posted that you are not able to dry feet after pedicure polish. They take your money and send you on your way. I will not be going back. read more

Less then a week after having a full set of acrylic nail put in they started to fall off. I glued them back on for nearly a week when I finally gave up. I took a shower and after getting out 5 nails came off. I have pics off it. They didn't last 2 weeks. When I returned to the "salon" to speak to the manager a man came to counter. I told him what happened and handed him the nails to prove I'd glued them back repeatedly. He said that's normal....... Okay NO! I used to get my nails done before and I could go 4 to 6 weeks before I get to get a fill and not a nail fall off. So no I'm not new to the game. I'm not a new customer. But now I'm not a customer at all and neither is the other person I came with who gets a pedicure and her nails done. So that's three services you lose. The sad part is if I would have checked the reviews before I went I would have known better than to go because this is normal for the "salon". read more

This is a review of my first and very likely my last time going to any Regal Nail location. TL:DR If you're looking for quality similar to a technician in a beauty school, this is the place for you. If not, PLEASE skip this location and try another salon. I came in for a fill on my acrylic set. The male technician was very careful and detailed about the removal and resculpting portion of my nails which I was very excited about. His meticulous nature was pleasantly surprising. The issue came with my gel polish. I noticed that he had a very odd brush stroke pattern that was making the color very uneven on my nails. I looked a little concerned but let him continue as I was pretty sure it would all balance out in the end. Before he applied the top coat texture wise my nails were a mess. I drew my hand back stopped him and pointed out all the lumps and dips in my nails. He told me it would all balance out with the top coat, I hesitated and he assured me I should just trust him. Needless to say the top coat only made the issues with my nails glossier. I expressed that I was dissatisfied and he told me that the mounds, dips and ridges in my nails were because I selected a mood color gel. Come on y'all. I let him know that would explain a color difference however it wouldn't contribute to a texture difference. He kept saying it was just due to the color and telling me to smile as I expressed frustration. Eventually another technician came over to try to clean up the issues as much as she could {without completely removing his improper base color layers} but ultimately there were still ridges and lumps in my color. At this point I expressed my dissatisfaction, the tech looked annoyed and said well what do you want me to do about it. I didn't appreciate her tone especially after being there for an additional 30 mins for my nails still not be done correctly. To not get triggered into an all out argument I decided just to pay, leave, and capture my sentiments in a review. Texture issues on a glossy nail are little difficult to catch in a photo so I picked the worse thumb nail to showcase some of the ridge and lump issues. read more

My daughter had her brows done and suffered terrible burns to her eyelids, we were afraid would result in scarring. When I showed the "manager" they offered my money back and told me,"I should find another salon" to do her brows because she obviously suffers from sensitive skin??? I know she does and I told you, that's how you knew.Rather than admit the wax was too hot and he didn't know what he was doing, it was somehow both mine and my 15-year-old daughter's fault. I will admit she had her brows done y another lady at the salon who I was told was no longer there, with no issues but this guy was new. They were quite rude about it and bulked when I asked for his license as proof. PLEASE DO NOT HAVE YOUR BROWS DONE THERE it is only matter of time before it happens to you as I have met many people who have experienced similar issues. I am happy to report no scarring occurred after being seen and given an ointment by Asia at Ulta Beauty. Asia is licensed and passionate about her craft and that is where we go now! read more
