I've had several terrible experiences coming here so save yourself the headache. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they are just terrible people. Came in to get my nails removed, and when the girl was "finished" I pointed out that there were still a bunch of liquid gel left on my nails. She kept trying to remove it with another nail, but kept going under my skin. She wears glasses, so I guess she can't see well idk. It took for an older woman to come in finish the job, but she still didn't even get it all off. She grabbed my hands very aggressively and I could tell they were talking about me. From impressive to CHEAP and RUDE, awful customer service. As long as you're paying, they are nice, accommodating, and so fakely sweet. But call them out on their mistakes or bad work - TWICE within 10 days - and they turn into RUDE, cheap, ignorant people. Let me explain . . . (Thursday) I went to get a pedicure before vacation, paying extra for both gel and for French tip design. The pedicure was great! I paid $58 - even tipped the tech $12 because I was so happy. I was very pleased when I left the salon and excited to show them off - I thought they looked great. (Friday) One of the gel finish on a nail had lifted and come off. I had not done anything out of the ordinary to cause this - I wasn't climbing thru rocks or dragging my toes. I returned to the salon and they fixed it - no questions asked. I tipped another $5 for the GREAT customer service...or so I thought. (Sunday) we left for our cruise. Each day I notice some lifting around the cuticle, but nothing major. (Tuesday) the gel finish on my big toe was breaking off and chipping. It was looking terrible. Then another started and another... (Wednesday) the big toe was completely gone with another ready to fall off. And another and again another. (Thursday) the gel finish on THREE nails was gone. I ended up just taking off the many that were lifting and trimming the few that were left. Spent the rest of vacation with plain toes, not what I wanted at all, or what I had paid for just ONE week ago. This was NOT what I expected from a pedicure, paying EXTRA for both the gel finish and French design. I have NEVER had an issue with it lasting just 5 days. I have gone weeks in the past from other salons. (Sunday) we returned from vacation late evening - salon closed. (Monday) salon closed (Tuesday) I returned to the salon WITH PICS to show the deterioration of my pedicure over the first 5 days. They were not interested at all in seeing the terrible work that their nail tech completed - TWICE. I had spent $75 on this pedicure, including the two tips I had given. I thought that an express pedicure - quick scrub of the feet and maybe file - was not too much to ask. There was ONE other customer in the salon. Other techs were sitting doing nothing. It's not like they were busy. They told me no - just a polish change. I told them I thought I would be compensated in some way for the terrible work that was done twice and a quick pedicure was not too much to ask - it had been 10 days - 5 of which I had bare nails. They just ignored me and said just a polish change. Then they RUDELY spoke to each other in their native language. So so so rude. This may seem petty to some, but I do not get pedicures very often and i was excited ... it was special for my vacation, since I would be wearing sandals the entire time. The fact that they just blew me off and acted like it was an inconvenience is very disturbing. I will NOT ever go back to this salon and I recommend that no one wastes their time going here. I made an appointment with this salon on a Saturday afternoon based on the reviews and location since it is near my house. I am so glad that I did. Katie was amazing, very kind, patient, she took her time on my nails and we had a nice chat while she was giving me a gel manicure. The manicure looks great, I love it! I highly recommend this place. I had a decent very basic experience here .It was not luxury experience at all but it is clean. I got an ombre full set that I don't have any complaints about so far with the exception that one nail is not blended well. The pedicure was ok with the exception that I requested a particular neutral OPI color for my toes or something similar but I was presented with a translucent pink. I accepted it and moved on. When checking out I tipped through cash app and a random worker was very zealous in checking to make sure my tip went through. That was off-putting. I just hope the tip went to the people who worked on me. The pedicure is 12 days old and chipped. I have never had a professional pedicure chip this quickly. I won't returning but it wasn't a terrible experience. I just prefer something that is a bit more customer focused, luxury and friendly. read more

Would not recommend! Went there with my daughter. I got a full set of acrylic ($57), my daughter got a fill in ($44). Their work isn't comparable to what is shown on the website but my nails still looked nice. The woman working on my nails barely spoke a word to me. No small talk or anything. Is was quite awkward. The work was mediocre at best. I have had my nails done for about 11 days now and I've already lost 2 of them! They just broke right off. I have several others lifting as well! It's been 9 months since I've lost been here due to me moving to Washington DC. But while visiting family I decided to stop by again in hopes of getting another phenomenal pedicure. And boy was I happy about the results. Once again new image nails came thru. Unfortunately my girl Alex wasn't there (she only works there during summer) but her cousin (Andrea I believe her name was) was there and she took over for me. I also got my legs waxed but I hate my scars so I'm not gonna upload that lol. My water was very quick and friendly she talked me thru it and asked me if I was ok each time I experienced the pain. Once again I would absolutely recommend this business for pedicures and now waxes. I've yet to get my nails done as I work with kids so I can't give a recommendation on that. read more

This salon does not have the right materials to perform a proper SNS manicure. I will have to go to my normal salon to get it fixed because it looks truly terrible. I was charged an extra $5 for filing my toe nails in addition to my pedicure price. I ended up paying $43 for a subpar pedicure and came home with dead and cracking skin on my heel. The entire thing took about 15 minutes, which is less than half the time of my normal salon. I will make sure to go where I have always gone and make the appointment well in advance so I am never stuck with a place like this again. read more

I had gone to this nail salon a few times & had good experiences. I went yesterday and made appointment; when I got there they told me the person I made the appointment with no longer worked there. I had made the appointment the day of; so not sure why they didn't tell me this. Then I told the tech I had a cut on my foot and to pleas be cautious. Needless to say I walked in with nice looks toe nails and walked out with a butcher job. The nail tech repeatedly filed my big toes on the side and I told him I didn't want the sides filed only the top; he didn't understand English nor my hand gestures. I have 9 toe nails that look ok & a 10th nail that is uneven & way too narrow .. it looks deformed and he repeatedly scrubbed the area of my foot that had a cut on it when I asked him to please be careful. The owner and tech another tech were talking about me in their native language which I find completely ignorant. I drove 40 minutes to this place, but I will never do so again. read more
