Well, I was going to just chalk it up and forget about my Burritt experience, but I got another…read moreemail soliciting service for my truck. I detailed my issues with the dealership and the service department and asked to be removed form future correspondence. Today, on Christmas, I received another email. So I have made this review and included my previous email from last summer below. I do not recommend Burritt service. They are either liars or incompetent. I do not trust them at all. The salesman was great (Jack Cooley), but based on the service department I will not return for future business. I have also steered friends and family away from looking at vehicles the dealership had listed. Here is the email that I sent: "Dear Phil, There is very little chance that I will ever use Burritt for vehicle maintenance after the experience with purchasing my truck last year. Delivery of my truck was delayed for a couple weeks under the understanding that the brakes needed attention to pass inspection, which I was fine with at the time. Fast forward 3-4 months from purchase and the brakes felt soft and the stopping distance continued to degrade. I ended up purchasing all new brake pads and rotors around the first of the year. I replaced the components and flushed the brake fluid. It was obvious that neither the brake components nor the brake fluid had been touched just 8 months earlier by Burritt. This leads me to question, what if any brake work was actually done before my truck was delivered? Therefore, I have zero confidence in the Burritt service department. I cannot see myself purchasing another vehicles from your dealership either. As an aside, my son is looking for a truck and found one he was interested in at Burritt. I advised him to steer clear of your dealership based on my experience. You can remove me from all future email correspondence. Thanks, Heath Stickney "

If only the service department could live up to the positive experience I had when buying my car…read morehere. I'm painfully reminded on a regular basis that a competent service department is what really makes a new car purchase worthwhile. Based on my outrageous and repeated experiences at Fucilllo Kia in Clay, I should've just bought a used Toyota or Subaru. It's now been over 60 days since replacement interior parts were on hand at the dealership, and even longer since my car was damaged by the same dealer, thus requiring these parts. I've now spent the entire summer without GPS though I continue to pay for it on a monthly basis through my car payment. Unfortunately this appears to be business as usual at this service department which is "managed" by Adam Simon. To add insult to injury, the sunroof in my Stinger is again creaking and chattering after the service department told me it was removed, tightened, and reinstalled per Kia recommendations. The Cadenza loaner from the dealer with a panoramic sunroof doesn't make any noise whatsoever. Maybe it's an extra feature because I've paid $20K more for the Stinger? My understanding is that my case has been escalated by the corporate Kia Consumer Affairs department, but I can't tell because here I sit with nothing resolved and a dealer who appears to be engaging in passive aggressive tactics designed to cause frustration and avoid addressing these issues either effectively or at all. Best of all, most of the current issues were caused by dealer service technicians who were trying to enact a TSB repair of the audio system that came with bugs. I asked the dealer about a year ago to check the balancing on one of my wheels and was told they couldn't do so because of wheel locks. However, I've never used wheel locks on the car. When my interior was damaged during the recent TSB repair of the audio system, I was told it was the last job assigned to the tech before he left for employment elsewhere. I wouldn't let this service department change my oil, and I wish I didn't need to use them for warranty issues.

Had an appointment for an oil change and a system recall. Went in, waiting an hour and 30mins or…read moreso. After I leave my check engine light comes on, never had that issue before. Also had at Time before that I had gone in for an alignment, took them four times to complete it and it was still not done correctly. Had to go to pep boys to get it done right. I will never buy from or come back here for service again.
