Their service is quick and top notch! They send a very detailed vehicle report with photos of your car in real time. The report lets you know if there is anything that requires immediate attention and offers suggestions based on manufacturing recommendations. They assisted in getting the car over to Ford and even called Ford to discuss the issue when Ford techs had trouble determining the cause. They told us that a hose needed to be replaced for the power steering. We had it done and my husband picked it up. He drove it with my four children to where his parents camp was. On the way there the line broke and power steering was pouring out of it. We had it towed back. They told us it was a manufacturer defect on the clamp because it wasn't American made; which I understand things happen. They offered me a free oil change next time. I left with my children and as I was turning right my entire car started to shake. I went back and asked for Brian to come for a ride with me to see what the shake was. He didn't come out but another employee. He said he had no idea what the noise was. We went back to the shop and he went in to grab Brian. Brian still didn't come out but then this person came back out to tell me it was air in my line and that it would go away. I got very angry as I had asked for Brian to come out. So I asked again. Brian came out and repeated it again. He assured me that it would go away after 5 miles. I asked what if it doesn't and he stated "they always do". I drove from Oswego to Mexico and it still is shaking. I would not bring any vehicle here. There is zero customer service from the person who worked the counter as he knew nothing about the vehicle and couldn't give me an answer. I will never bring another vehicle there either.
