As stated above I then called into customer service who are outsourced to South Africa just so you know. You will not be speaking to anyone in this country. I was told by her that my choice was to accept a $20 coupon towards my next "service" or I could cancel my "service" for $199!! I told her that I had no interest in her coupon and neither did I have any intention of paying a cancellation fee for services not rendered and super shady business practices. They don't care about customers, they care about roping you into a subscription trap. Don't be fooled.

YIKES. No one wants to share their home with squirrels, let alone worry about the damage they could be doing between walls where no one can access them easily.
