I saw the store had the same system on sale for 239. The Xbox had not been opened so I either wanted the price difference or return my Xbox for a refund since it was within the 30 days and purchase an Xbox. I was told that I couldn't do it because I was competing fraud and a criminal. Several employees joined in with the original employee and yelling that I was criminal and a fraud in front of a store full of people. I was shocked and embarrassed. I'm a working man with 3 kids and a wife with cancer and I was trying to save some money because every dollar counts in our home. I was called names in front of store full of people and shamed over a difference of 41 dollars. I contacted corporate about this issue and after sending 2 emails and 2 weeks I heard from them. I was told the store leader of that store would be there the next day and review the video from the date and time of the incident. After 2 more weeks and another email to corporate I received and email stating they could not hear what was said on the video so my claim could not be proven. Any company that would allow their employees to treat their customers in such a manner should not be business. Please take you business to another store or online and not support this treatment of people.

Our movie festival attendees were thrilled with the video game truck and foam party. I would've given it 4-5 stars until I walked into the restroom. It was not terribly dirty, but the overflowing trash and disarray in the stalls was a bit disappointing. It obviously was not cleaned the day before as I entered the store only an hour after opening. There is no way that much trash and all of the seat covers could've been used in an hour.

I've been to this Ollie's location a couple of times. My first stop whenever I visit an Ollie's location is the book section. I picked up a couple of books and turned the corner to walk down the aisle with their selection of cookbooks and there it was, the FUNK. It smelled like something had died in that section of the store. I immediately covered my nose and mouth and removed myself from the area with haste. Unfortunately, I choose not to travel too much more within the store. I spoke to the employee about the smell. He stated that his team was aware and have been trying to locate the origin of the smell. I mean put some signs up or something. That type of disturbance really impacts a customer's shopping experience.
