Good store, very large and so many home decor, games, art, and other items that you'd need hours to fully appreciate. There were a lot of broken or damaged merchandise throughout the store. They have more employees than customers and dozens of empty aisles I suppose in transition from the Christmas holiday close outs to the next holiday products yet to be fully put out (Valentines Day and St Patrick's Day). I simply love Hobby Lobby!! I was first introduced to this establishment when I was planning for my wedding. I immediately became addicted! They have so much more. Something for everyone and every room in your house. Why can't I come in this store to just pick up a few items. Trust me that is EXTREMELY HARD to do! I just know everytime I come in here. I will spend at least $100 or more. Am I complaining? Of course not! Just be prepared to stay for quite sometime. I already know. I even purchased a huge hobby lobby shopping reusable bag. I have so many pictures, bathroom accessories, household furniture, etc. This is a very religious store. Get all of your religious items here. FYI this store is closed on Sundays. They had a few cash registers open so the line moved quickly. Service was prompt! Looking forward to returning. read more

Went here to pick up a few things of vinyl for t-shirts. While in the store all the Christmas items were 60% off. The reason for the four stars is whenever I come in the store you can never find anyone to assist you with finding anything you have to walk around the whole store just to find anyone to help other than that my shopping experience was great was great. Everything is price at a great value whether it's on sale or not. I will definitely continue to shop here. read more

Stopped in for a few coffee-scented candles and 4th July stuff. They had LOTS of Red, White & Blue streamers, tablecloths, spinners, cards, garland and much more. I've nicer not found what I need at this Hobby Lobby. read more

I've had bad customer service before, but Summer here at Hobby Lobby??? She's in a league of her own. Rude, loud, and yes, I'm saying it smelly. It's like the holy trinity of "I shouldn't have come in today." She barked her way through the store like a damn drill sergeant with a bad attitude. Every interaction felt like an inconvenience to her, even if all you did was exist in the same aisle. She acted like helping customers was some form of punishment and made sure everyone around her knew it, loudly, very LOUDLY. I watched her snap at another customer for just asking where something was. Meanwhile, I was standing three feet away, trying not to breathe too deep because, well... let's just say it wasn't the scent of cinnamon pinecones lingering in the air, honey. It's almost impressive how one person can tank the entire vibe of a store that sells miniature pumpkins and Bible verses. Hobby Lobby should honestly rebrand the location as a haunted house because interacting with Summer is terrifying. And I hate to be the one to say it, but she looked strung out, eyes all sunken, jittery, twitchy movements, and this wild, unfocused energy that made everyone around her uncomfortable. If I didn't know better, I'd have thought she was high right there in the store. It wasn't just bad customer service, it was like walking into the middle of someone's rock bottom. Do better, Hobby Lobby. Or at the very least, hand out nose plugs at the door. Summer, you need to find a new hobby!!!!! read more

Hobby Lobby has "Great customer service" the day that I went. I brought way more stuff than I originally went in there for due to the quietness, the helpful associates and great prices for the things I saw mostly. I will definitely shop again at Hobby Lobby!! read more

Bottom Line: Sparkling new store for crafters and decorators but closed on Sundays. Hooray for a refresh of the Pasadena Crossroads shopping center at Ritchie Highway and Jumpers Hole Road. I've excitedly been awaiting the new stores at this shopping center and Hobby Lobby is one of the first out of the gate! Hobby Lobby is a craft store similar to AC Moore and Michales but I feel it has more home decor stuff. They also have fabric and sewing supplies. As a new store it is bright and shiny and well organized. Hobby Lobby recently mailed out 40% off coupons but even if you didn't get one in the mail their coupon is available online. Hobby Lobby is closed on Sundays. While I appreciate their values, as someone who does most "erranding" and crafting on the weekend it is super disappointing. Soon Hobby Lobby will be joined by some of my other favorite store like Sprouts and Home Goods so I can see myself making it a higher priority to get to the Pasadena Crossroads shopping center Monday through Saturday. read more

I have had generally favorable experiences here, which has been ruined by my most recent one. I give 2 stars instead of 1 because the cashier was doing their absolute best to work on the situation with minimal assistance. A person came in to return multiple cart loads of product, which held up myself and many other people in line for over 30 minutes just on this one customer. If I hadn't waited so long already I would have walked out with purchasing. It's unacceptable that a manager can't take this person aside and deal with them directly or call up someone else to just deal with them. They were aware of this individual and how long it was taking. I expect lines to be long around the holidays, but one transaction making a long line of people wait over half an hour means something is wrong with how this process is handled. read more

Pricing on their items is very misleading. I thought everything I was buying was fifty percent off....because signs were everywhere stating so........half of the items were not on sale and I ended up paying a lot more than planned. I spoke to a sales person who informed me the problem was way above their pay grade. Won't be heading back there anytime soon. read more
