For over 3 weeks we have heard nothing...we contacted our primary care doctor and was told it was sent twice. Dr. Schultz's office, however, claimed they never received it. The time spent in going back and forth, repeated phone calls generally with no response has been very disconcerting. Dr. Schultz needs to clean house with his administrative staff since they don't have any customer service skills and are inept at using the computer system to recover referrals from a web portal. I initially underwent breast augmentation in 2021. Shortly after surgery, both implants bottomed out significantly and sat unnaturally low on my torso. I was told this would be corrected with an internal repair using sutures, and I diligently followed every post-operative instruction, including wearing support garments and taping for months. Unfortunately, the revision did not resolve the issue. One breast continued to bottom out while the other appeared uneven and as though little correction had been made. Rather than addressing the underlying cause, I was advised to increase my implant size, and at no point was a breast lift discussed as a potential solution. After a third surgery utilizing internal mesh, I was left with uneven breasts, significant scar tissue, and ongoing complications. Multiple plastic surgeons I consulted afterward expressed concerns regarding the outcome and informed me that I now have issues including capsular contracture and substantial scar tissue formation. What has been most disappointing is not only the surgical outcome but the lack of accountability throughout the process. However, once I arrived, I was told that the filler being used is not recommended for the lips because it can migrate and travel, and that patients are often unhappy with the results and may need to have it dissolved. I found it concerning that they advertise a product for lips that they themselves do not recommend using for lips. I was then told that Juvederm would be the recommended option, but that would cost around $300. If Juvederm is the product they actually stand behind for lip injections, I feel they should simply advertise the $300 Juvederm treatment rather than advertising a $149 option that they ultimately discourage customers from using. Overall, I felt this was misleading and very much like a bait-and-switch. I wasted my time making the trip and left feeling disappointed and uncomfortable with the way the service was presented.
