For over 3 weeks we have heard nothing...we contacted our primary care doctor and was told it was sent twice. Dr. Schultz's office, however, claimed they never received it. The time spent in going back and forth, repeated phone calls generally with no response has been very disconcerting. Dr. Schultz needs to clean house with his administrative staff since they don't have any customer service skills and are inept at using the computer system to recover referrals from a web portal. The fact he was an hour late didn't start things off well. When he blamed the scheduling team I was a bit confused. No apology. I was lectured on the evils of the sun. During my lecture he looked around the room, rarely looking at me. Was in for a full body skin check...he looked at my arms, chest and legs. I never was asked to stand or get off the table I was sitting on for an exam. He bragged about his own sun protection and various athletic achievements. Since moving to Arizona 7 years ago I have routinely been seeing a dermatologist to guard against skin cancer and other conditions. This was the last time I will go to this office.
