Given the uniformly perfect scores and highly favorable reviews Loupe Digital received, we decided to try them. The photo is a panoramic one. We explained we wanted only that shape in true colors. James listened carefully and understood exactly our concerns about the panoramic shape and true color quality of the turquoise shades of sea, the sky and the sand. We chose the exact size for the true color prints from image sizes he displayed on his computer. We selected one that was just right. In consultation with James and Michael, we then chose the frameless acrylic frame in which the print would be sealed. We got the framed print back today. What we got far exceeded that: it looks and feels like we are back there. It's a fantastic panoramic true color print in a sealed floating frame. We expected very good. They are highly skilled professional who really care about their craft, and get everything right first time. It was a calm, friendly experience throughout. Whenever we have photos to print, we will absolutely go back to James and Michael at Loupe Digital. .

We just used H&H for the 3rd time for a large family celebration. He was patient with difficult family members and organized and creative. His goal was to get the best photos and he was amazing. The videographer was also amazing and captured the entire party. The pre-shoot pictures, done by another photographer, Eric, were also amazing and Eric was also extremely patient and creative and got terrific shots. Working through Larry, the owner, was also extremely easy and a pleasure. H&H is a class act!

We really would have liked some guidance since as the groom with my new bride: there was no way we would have remembered who we need for photos. Then came the photos and video. Blah! Our friends took way better pictures in both quality and poses! The video was like something from 1980. Static and horrible audio. Again- better stuff came from our family than the videographer. Our friend got married in October and we are now seeing their videos and photos. Our friends used non-fulltime photo/videographers and got 200% better quality than we did with H&H. Sigh. I'm not on a mission to destroy these guys or anything- I'm sure they'll do just fine. However, I would hate to see anyone out there be as dissatisfied as we were.

I instantly liked his friendly, relaxed manner and felt he was the best person for the job.. My hunch was right! Not only are the photographs wonderful that my family will cherish forever, but my 1 year old granddaughter had so much fun with Alex and all the props he supplies in his studio, that she didn't want to leave.
