Sean is professional, communicative, and super easy to work with. I ran a corporate event where I needed 40 people (CEO, CFO, CMO.. all of the big titles) driven to and from NJ to NYC. I was super nervous, and Sean was here for it. The bus arrived 45 minutes EARLY, the driver had been an actual city bus driver for 29 years, and he got us into the City in twenty five minutes! Smooth driving!!! Our driver was the sweetest and happiest person ever. He was such a pleasure and we felt very safe in the bus. And even better? These rates could not be matched! We got onto a bus pretty quickly, and things seemed organized. The bus drops you off right in the parking lot, so it was convenient and straightforward. 4 stars! Coming back was the harder part. While many buses were waiting in the stadium parking lot after the concert, the method they used (was there one?) to load the buses moved at a glacial pace. A huge line was waiting to board while buses sat empty... 1 star.

Because of the repeated mistreatment, negligence, and lack of proper communication, I am currently pursuing legal action against the company. Based on my experience, I do not feel this company provides a safe or supportive environment for children--especially children with special needs.
