I am so glad that I used Air Brook. My plane arrived at Newark 2 hours late due to a problem with the radar system, which delayed the departure time from San Francisco. Originally the plane was set to take of at 2:55pm.It did not leave until almost 5. We did not land at Newark till after 1:30am. The driver was there waiting for me. Edward was very professional, kind and very helpful to me with my luggage. I would highly recommend people use Air Brook for their transportation to the airport. Excellent on time airport transportation in comfortable, well maintained vehicles. Professional, well mannered drivers. 5 star service worth the price. In a past airport pickup, I had to wait almost 2 hours for my luggage late at night due to baggage handler shortage. The driver patiently waited with me until my luggage was unloaded. When picking up from home, they are always on time or a little early. We once had a driver take us to the airport in the most hellacious downpour where major roads were closed and flooded and she confidently rerouted and got us to the airport on time.Grateful for this service! read more

Arturo is a polIte, professional chauffeur who deserves more than 5 stars in customer service! He went out of his way to make our ride home from the airport a pleasant experience. We were exhausted & hungry from a delayed flight. Arturo stood in front at baggage claim in plain sight with our name clearly visible. He agreed to bring the car to a specific exit door so we wouldn't have to wait outside in the cold after being in sunny Florida. There were two water bottles waiting for us in the car. We had Yulidanny Garcia on August 21 and he went above and beyond to drive my daughter home when she was not scheduled for the ride.
