I just want to make sure that I'm clear about the failed "Lowest Price Guarantee". After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. And, I'm really happy that I did. The company that earned my business, was not only comparable, but, in my opinion even superior. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. This gentleman even showed up 25 minutes early! What an incredible experience! Muhammad, I truly appreciate your response and your generous offer. The purpose of this updated review was to clarify that the company that we went with, was not inferior in any way. For some reason, you referenced Uber or a taxi service in your response. I hired a superior, licensed, insured and incredibly professional competitor. Price was certainly not the only deciding factor. I'm hopeful, that this could be a learning opportunity for you and you organization in regards to your " Lowest Price Guarantee". Thank you again.

The guy who picks up the phone to make the reservations (also the dispatcher I believe) is always very friendly and follows up if he needs more info or if they need to change the pick up time (only happened once and it was a 15-min change). Every driver we have had has been really friendly (even at 4am!) and prompt. Even in the most frustrating 5pm pick-up at LGA, they are friendly and professional. I highly recommend for great customer service and reasonable prices. I like the peace of mind knowing they will pick me up and I don't have to worry about the uncertainty of Uber.

He said they need to make substitutions because some of the flowers are seasonal and not available. If they could not duplicate what is shown on the website in a smaller version, then the picture should be removed or I should have been notified. I chose the arrangement because it was unusual, whimsy and had a spring flare . You are better off to take your chances with an FTD arrangement.

We had a horrific encounter with this company that I wouldn't wish on anyone. First -- they falsely claimed we hadn't paid them, even though we had proof of payment in hand. Despite showing them confirmation, they continued to harass us and refused to leave, ultimately forcing us to call the police to resolve the situation. That alone should be enough of a red flag to stay far away from this company. But it gets worse: the air conditioning and music didn't work, and it was 98 degrees outside. We were trapped in a stifling hot vehicle with no ventilation, no entertainment, and no professionalism - only stress and chaos. This was not only unprofessional but completely negligent. The entire experience was embarrassing, uncomfortable, and dangerously mismanaged. They turned what should have been a fun and simple ride into a complete nightmare. Avoid Fleetlife Transport at all costs. read more

We were very satisfied with their service. They were very well priced. We booked them to drive our son and a few boys, the driver arrived on time, drove very safely and was very responsible. We felt very comfortable having him drive our children, we would use them again. The next day my son realized that he had left something in the vehicle, I called them and they were able to locate it and they went out of their way (they made a trip to the post office for me) to actually ship it back to us.
