I have been doing things to improve my aging process for many years now. The doctor was friendly but she was literally running around the office like a chicken with its head cut off. She completely rushed my procedure. Very unprofessional. I could have gotten better results had she taken her time. Time is absolutely necessary when it comes to cosmetic procedures. You need to book appointments accordingly. read more

I wanted to have a good experience here because of all the good 5 star reviews they have but I am tired of being nice and people providing terrible service when I'm paying money I worked hard for. The staff was nice but the actual injector was not nice at all and does not know customer service. The pain wasn't too bad. But immediately after I noticed a big lump on one side that it was uneven. I mentioned it and she started massaging it with no gloves on twice which really bothered me because if you work with blood and injections why would you put your hands in someone's mouth with no gloves? I then was told to massage the lump out which I tried to do myself but I feel like if it was done properly I wouldn't have a lump that I have to fix myself i never had filler before. So she told me to come back in a few days later because I kept complaining of the uneven lump. As soon as I walk in she's basically being very rude saying oh it's amazing how people don't listen when you explain something to them saying that I didn't listen when she told me to massage the filler. I said I was listening but I tried it and it didn't work and I've never had filler. She kept interrupting me and saying no no you didn't listen I told you to massage it. But the way she spoke to me was very rude like I came and I paid you for your service and this is how you talk to your customer? Now I will never come back here because of her rude attitude and the fact that she put her hands in my mouth with no gloves that is unsanitary! my lips are uneven still with the same lump that I mentioned immediately after injections. It has been a little over two weeks now. Anyway if you're new to filler and nervous like I was I wouldn't recommend coming here. read more

I've had botox many times over the years and this was the worst experience yet. I found Reva through good Yelp reviews, but i have to wonder if all the good reviews are fake or people writing them have no experience with botox. First off, when she injected, the botox was running down my forehead. Second, my forehead and in between my eyes were super sore the next day as if she used a hammer, the injections were painful. Third, i had to go for a touch up after 2 weeks and even then, it didn't last for 2 months. Product was already mixed before bringing it into the room and she did not wear gloves. As expensive as botox is, i would never go back and waste my money here. I've since found a plastic surgeons office that i'm very happy with. read more

I had a phenomenal experience with all the ladies of Ageless Aesthetics. Reeva was the one who assisted with my injections, she was so informative, knowledgeable and patient (with my fear of needles). I know, sounds silly although I don't like needles I still like to take care of my skin by Botox and Juvaderm. I respect how she suggested less is more to me. I was open in the consultation on what she felt I needed but to my surprise she said I didn't need much. I am very pleased with how natural everything looks. I wanted to try fillers with reva for the first time since I've heard so many positive things about her... but unfortunately the front desk girl made it impossible for that to happen ! I was going to reschedule but not after this experience! I get a call from her and she was going on about how they texted to remind me about my appointment and how I didn't respond . I explained to her something came up and I had forgotten about this appointment and I was not going to be able to make it.. she was extremely rude and responded with well if there is a next time with you you can reschedule online and don't call the office ... then I Apologized and she didn't say a word and hung up on me ! When I get off the phone I realized the text message I had was from them and didn't noticed I had missed it . I responded on the message that I had forgotten about my appointment. She then responds and starts being unprofessional on the phone through text messages. When I'm pretty sure when they text you it's just to confirm or reschedule the appointment with them not to be unprofessional! I have the message thread to prove it and I WILL be sending it to REVA to show her that because of her front desk person new customers that have things come up aren't able to reschedule based on how rude they are are at the front ! read more

I visited Stephanie and Reva a few weeks back for Botox, juvederm and lip augmentation. I have been getting Botox for almost 10 years and fillers sporadically for the last nine. The last lip augmentation I had, was from another highly ranked injector here on Yelp. My bruising was atrocious, and the pain so unbearable, Then I have neglected getting fillers since. A friend Of mine recommended me to Stephanie and I'm so glad she did!! They were out of Botox and they substituted with dysport, I love it!! It reacted much faster than the Botox did. They also did not have the type of Juvederm in, so they suggested a Restylane replacement option for both my lip augmentation as well as fillers around my laugh lines. After doing a few consults with other places I settled with Ageless after getting a personal referral. This was my first experience but I had done my research prior. I submitted an inquiry online & got a call back right away. Originally I wanted Botox & lip filler only being this was my first time. It was recommended to get filler under my eye and in my cheeks. I felt comfortable in the moment with the injector so agreed. I was told to follow up in 2 weeks for a touch up. I regret the cheek filler completely and wish my lips would have had the full syringe. My lips have barely any noticeable change but the symmetry of my face is off with the fillers & Botox. I figured I would give them a chance to look at it & see what could be done but I've reached out 4 times through website and have had no response back.
