It's a small 'hole in the wall' restaurant, with a few stools and a counter if you want to eat in. The halibut fish and chips was excellent - nice and crispy with great fries. Order was ready on time as advertised. The Jamaican patties were spicy as advertised and although they look similar to story bought, tasted much better. Service was as good as it can be for take out - pleasant greeting and great smile. I wasn't very adventuresome this time but will try more of their Caribbean food the next time. Highly recommend.

Mall food is generally really gross, but Bourbon Grill tastes amazing! Their chicken is the best and I have a hard time deciding what I want every time I come here because I want everything! I'm not familiar with the area, so I turned to Yelp for restaurant recommendations. Pleased to say, I can always trust my fellow Yelpies and their reviews. Found this place as one of the top ranked in London. It was a little last minute, but I managed to secure a reservation for two on a Friday afternoon for the following evening. When we arrived, we were politely greeted by the owner who was incredibly friendly. It's a small restaurant, but lively at the same time. I would say, definitely dress for the occasion. We looked through the menu and decided on Ricotta Gnudi with pancetta and brussel sprouts in a butter sauce for appetizer. Deeeelicious. For mains, we ordered the casarecce with beef tenderloin tips, in a creamy cambozola and chive sauce and potato gnocchi with pork ragu. You know how usually in fancy restaurants, portion sizes are so tiny that you have to hit up McD afterwards? This was not the case. What a pleasant surprise! The portion sizes were big enough that we managed to be full from dinner AND have enough to pack two boxes full! For dessert we ordered this peachy dessert. The pasta was delicious - a reliable seafood dish that was a surprisingly decent portion even when shared. The service stood out to me because we only ordered one entree, and the waitress recognized that we would likely be sharing, and brought it out to us already split up on two separate plates. I had never experienced such forethought, and truly appreciated the gesture. Though prices are a bit higher than other Italian joints in London, I do think Abruzzi is worth a visit.

The waitress seemed a little overwhelmed, but she was very friendly and didn't keep us waiting for too long. We ordered a bottle of white wine, but were told they only had one bottle that was cold and it already had some out of it lol. She ended up giving us 2 glasses of wine as well as the bottle with only a tiny bit out of it for the same price though. We ordered onion bhajia, paneer butter masala, lamb vindaloo (they were out of lamb, so we got chicken instead), peas pulao and garlic naan. I can't say enough about how good the food was!!! We've had Indian food in many different countries and this was honestly among the best we've had. It was so delicious! The spice was just right, the food was piping hot and everything was plentiful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this restaurant and we will most definitely be going back when we're in London again. To top it all off, the prices are very reasonable!
