Honestly the worst experience I could have ever had. The initial appointment was nice, the doctor was a nice woman and I got to pick out what looked like nice glasses. Cut 10 weeks later, five visits and staff that tried to tell me I wasn't seeing what I was seeing and here we are today. Once you purchase glasses here do not expect them to assist you if your glasses are totally off the mark.. Further, this was my first time owning glasses, there was zero instruction on how to clean them, etc. On day one in ownership I scratched them as I did not realize you can't use TP. Worst part I pulled out all the stops on the best pair. 100% awful people, product and follow-up....as there was none. read more

ALL of the staff was amazing! I went to the Regional Eyecare in Ofallon off of Hwy K. They were all really sweet and super helpful whenever I was being picky about which frames I wanted. The Doctor is very thorough with the exam to make sure I was getting the right prescription. The only downside is the frames are a little pricy. But that can be expected in a place that provides excellent service. I would recommend this place to everyone! read more

This place has wonderful doctors and techs for your exam, but the front office staff is terrible. Could not be ruder and more unhelpful! They will waste your time and be completely unprofessional. The woman literally pointed around the room in a large circle instead of walking over to show us which frames might work for my daughter (she would need kids frames or possibly small adult frames) and then acted inconvenienced when I asked if she could be more specific bc there were several racks. Choose another provider if at all possible. It should be fun to pick out a new pair of glasses, and they will not make it so. Had a great experience today getting my retinal exam, updating my contact prescription, and finding a new pair of glasses! Staff is nice, attentive, and I was able to tell they cared about my overall experience. Been coming here since I was a kid and I don't think I'll ever switch eye care offices! Impeccable service, modern equipment, and convenient for me. I am very happy with the top quality glasses I purchased. I was a little nervous about my first pair of bifocals but was pleasantly surprised when I put them on. I am able to see clearly at all distances - up close, far away, and everywhere in between. No problem getting used to these advanced progressive lenses. When I returned for my annual check-up my vision was so close to when I bought them there was no need for new lenses. I will get a back-up pair next time even if there's still no significant changes in my vision since I am eligible for a frame benefit once every two years on my insurance plan. Walked in and weren't acknowledged. Woman walks in after us, is instantly helped by a guy and even walks out and gets in her car before we decided to just leave. As we were walking out, guy asks if we can help. When my husband says no, he copped an attitude. I was referred here by an employee, Molly, and told that they could help. But not even a hello when we walked in is unacceptable. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Will never go back there. In three visits, I saw a doctor once for less than five minutes. All fittings are done by technicians who are not well trained at all. My first two trial sets of contact lenses were totally useless because the close vision part of the prescription was so far off I had to wear glasses over the contacts to read anything. They seem totally unable to do anything right. read more

Walked in through the door; was instantly greeted by smiles and hellos. I came here because I needed glasses and I was trying to pick out frames, so I walked over and started browsing. I had been up here the day before, so I had a product in mind that I was looking for. A salesman selling glasses walked over and asked me if I needed help. I then gave him my prescription and he started filing it, talking as he did so. He was extremely informative and helpful; I was able to get all the information I needed quite easily. Isaac is one of the most knowledgeable and polite salesmen that I have met; he recommended to me the exact pair of glasses that I had already looked at and selected the previous day. He then had me try on a couple of other pairs, and then resorted to the original pair. I 100% recommend this place! Regional Eyecare located in O'Fallon MO is simply the BEST Eyecare facility around. The entire staff is super friendly. I had several eye tests performed and Sylvia the tech (who is AWESOME) and Dr. Lisa Mackey fully explained each procedure and Dr. Mackey did a great job explaining the results of my test.
