Never have and on top of that why the flaking of the rose coating. I only asked for a replacement of the lenses not refund. No more coming here. I was a first timer to this location today, and I would not visit again, unfortunately. The front area looks like it has been renovated or updated fairly recently, but the building is old. The exam rooms are showing their age, and are not well insulated for sound, making them not as private as I'd prefer. The form I was asked read and sign, pre-appointment, could've been straight out of a comic strip... It was a copy of a copy of a copy, it appeared. Black and white, double-sided, and really streaky vertically. Almost impossible to read a line of it, especially given that I was there because I misplaced my last pair of readers a couple of hours before I walked in. So I asked the receptionist about the content, and the purple highlighted sections where I was to sign or initial, assuming it was typical pre-exam patient release form legalese. (It was.) BTW, I went in for a preventative annual eye exam, and as I only wear readers, I'm unable to speak to the experience of purchasing glasses there. Overall, a meh on the exam.

She forgot to bring extra daily contacts with her so I called Dr. Goerrs office on a Saturday morning when they were closed. He knew another doctor in KC and gave them her prescription so we could go to his office and pick them up. This past weekend I was getting ready for my grandson's birthday party and something scratched my eye. I was walking around with one hand covering my eye. I called Dr. Goerrs on his emergency line. He calls me back shortly after. First he apologizes for not answering my call but he just got off a plane in St. Louis and he hasn't even gotten his luggage yet. I tell him what happened and he sent out a prescription to my pharmacy before leaving the airport. We picked it up right away and I could start using it before the party started.
