I felt in that circumstance, they should have pleased the customer, considering they told me incorrectly during the ultrasound I paid for.

I mentioned this to the new tech, and she was shocked at how painful it was for me. She said it isn't normal for it to hurt. Fun fact, I did not know caffeine will make your breast tissue sensitive, so avoid it the day of the procedure. After a lively and informative chat, she showed me how the machine actually works and that it's not meant to cause pain. Her name was Carrie and she was a godsend. This time it didn't hurt at all. I left more knowledgeable and empowered.
