Everything is buried under layers of administrative red tape. Simple requests turn into long back-and-forths where you're repeatedly explaining the same thing to different people who don't seem to communicate with each other or fully understand the process. It's disorganized, inefficient, and exhausting. On top of that, they cap loan payments, which makes absolutely no sense. Even when you want to pay off your loan in full, you're blocked by arbitrary limits that force you to break payments into multiple transactions or jump through extra hoops just to settle your balance. It feels like they're actively making it harder than it needs to be. If you value your time and sanity, avoid this lender. There are far better options out there where basic processes don't feel like a constant struggle.

The staff here has assisted me in opening accounts, getting a safety deposit box, switching accounts to a living trust and reissuing a lost debit card. Each time, they did it with top notch professionalism. I'm not super wealthy, but when I go inside to use the services in the lobby instead of the ATM, they make me feel like I am Jed Clampett. The majority of the staff know me by name, because I am old school and like to do certain bank transactions with a person instead of a machine. So if you're looking to change banks or perhaps find a new one if you just moved to the Riverbend area, I recommend select Regions.

While serving he never had a need to use it and told him to save it for when you get home. The card expired in 2026 thinking there was still a balance of the $200 that we paid for it. The card doesn't expire until 2026 never thinking the bank would be helping themselves to it. But thats exactly what Liberty Bank was doing deducting $10.00 a month for not using it. Then when questioned about it they outright refuse to reimburse it saying it there policy..A policy that was never even mentioned when buying telling them the reason for the card. So Liberty Bank must be making millions with customers not aware of the policy basically stealing from the hand that feeds them for not reading the fine print that only a lawyer would understand and refusing to reimburse it. Yet department stores will reissue there gift cards amounts if you find one stil have one that expired. It's called good customer service.
