My mind just gets too busy thinking about what I'm going to do and it forgets to remind to stop and get cash. Forgetting to stop for cash isn't that much of problem, because I typically have to pass this branch to get to wherever I am going in the RIverbend area. I actually like stopping at this ATM, because it is on the main drag and is in full view of cars passing by. It makes me feel safer. At my branch, the ATM is behind the actual bank and down in a hollow. At night or early morning, sometimes I do not feel that safe. Overall, I like Regions. They've been my bank for 5 years and I am pleased with the customer service inside and via the internet or ATM's.

We bought a Librty Bank Visa Gift card for our while serving overseas in the Army for emergency…read morereasons. While serving he never had a need to use it and told him to save it for when you get home. The card expired in 2026 thinking there was still a balance of the $200 that we paid for it. The card doesn't expire until 2026 never thinking the bank would be helping themselves to it. But thats exactly what Liberty Bank was doing deducting $10.00 a month for not using it. Then when questioned about it they outright refuse to reimburse it saying it there policy..A policy that was never even mentioned when buying telling them the reason for the card. So Liberty Bank must be making millions with customers not aware of the policy basically stealing from the hand that feeds them for not reading the fine print that only a lawyer would understand and refusing to reimburse it. Yet department stores will reissue there gift cards amounts if you find one stil have one that expired. It's called good customer service.

If transfers are scheduled prior to due date the date always passes before the transfer, even when they are just moving from one account to another in the same Credit Union institution. Recurring automatic deposits sit for 3-4 days in pending before being deposited.
