I was very disappointed with my experience leasing a private office in the Regus Space. The company is difficult to work with, and despite being a huge multinational corporation seems stumped by basic business practices (like DBAs/Fictitious Business Names). If you want to work in an environment with outdated decor and be nickle-and-dimed for every expense they can think to charge you, then you have found the right match in Regus! Here's my list of complaints: -Charged me $40/month for coffee/tea, even though they never gave me the card that allowed me to use the coffee machine. I asked to have this charge removed after 1 month, and they continued to charge me for 6 months and I would have to ask to reverse the charge every month. -They charge for printing to the communal printer, which was often broken/down. When I purchased my own printer for my office, I was quoted $100/month to add it to the wifi network so I could print wirelessly.  -My company has 2 names, our legal name and a DBA. This caused significant problems over the course of our lease. They lost a very important piece of mail that was addressed to our legal name because their policy only allows businesses to have one name for mail purposes. -My security deposit is over 1 month late due to confusion over our DBA name, even though I requested the refund 3.5 months before move out. They did not reach out to me to let me know there was an issue, I contacted them about it after realizing that it was several weeks late and that was when they let me know about their confusion. I was able to provide them the paperwork the needed within a matter of minutes, however they are not going to process the refund for an additional 2 weeks. The deposit was 1.5x our monthly rent; our new office charged us half a month. -Charged me a $400 "office refresh" moving fee that was not properly disclosed. Our new office is a much nicer space, with unlimited free beverages, snacks, and printing for about $150/more--and the location is better. However, I do miss Matthew at the Century Square Office. This review does not reflect on him at all. read more

This place is a scam. We did an initial phone call inquiry and since then have been receiving monthly bills for a space we never even signed up to use. Not a good business. read more

Don't go to Regus. We had a Virtual office with them. We called to cancel as well as written notice to them, they still kept billing us for a year saying they did not receive it. We Can't believe they had such bad management. Bad experience for us! read more

The startup I am currently working for decided to rent space from the Regus center in Pasadena. Regus provides that 'large office' feel for any size company. The staff is amazing! The words 'above & beyond' come up often in our office when we discuss the Regus staff. All our questions are always answered and our requests satisfied. As operations manager, I worried about having multiple businesses on one floor; possible distractions, different work habits per company and such. But the staff at Regus manage to make every one feel at home and comfortable; and provide an environment that will help your business grow. read more

I used the videoconferencing for an interview two weeks ago and I was very impressed with the facility and services provided. This center is really beautiful and the staff is very professional and knowledgeable. They helped me with my printing and even gave me a tour after I was done. I found out about Regus while searching online for shared office/co-working location. The Yelp reviews for the office space near my house were very positive so I browsed through the options offered and found the Business Lounge membership. For what I consider a really low monthly fee, I have access to all of the Regus business lounges across the nation. I jumped on the deal and headed over to the Pasadena location to test it out (I had some errands out that way). The lounge was awesome (I used one of the "pods" that provided a personal workspace) and the amenities are great (coffee, high speed wifi connection, full size fridge, etc. - all FREE!). The place was super clean and really comfy. The staff person who checked me in was available the whole time I was there (around 5 hours) and she was very friendly and helpful. All in all, a great deal (money-wise) and a great experience for office sharing. read more

I had the exact same issues as the person before posted. It has been over 2 months and I still did not receive my deposit. They charge for every little thing and make promises they don't keep. If you decide to rent make sure you get everything in writing. The office staff is like revolving door here today gone tomorrow. Hopefully, I will get my deposit back. If you do not they inflate the price significantly and wont let you out. After threatening legal action and going back and forth for a while they let me move to Pasadena as if it was a new lease. It was still far more than I wanted to pay but I felt stuck. The offices were ok. For me Its four walls to work in a quiet environment. I didn't use any services which were all very expensive. I had to pay for the kitchen amenities which I never used. All and all I had a very negative experience but the thing that took me over the edge and made me write this review is the "Office Restoration Fee". The charged me well over $200 when I moved out for this. In my previous experience when leasing a place you have a security deposit that covers any thing above and beyond normal wear and tear. I rarely used this office and left it in perfect condition. There is no reason I should have had to pay for any restoration. They also told me it takes 90 days to get my security deposit back. That makes no sense. I moved out (into an office for 25% of the price), I was current, they already have leased the space, so why would I not get the security deposit back right away. I moved my law office to Regus Century Square in April of this year (2018), and have had a great experience all around so far. Staff: Elizabeth, the Regus agent who worked with me on the lease was great. Up front about all costs, and really respected my time when let her know that I was in a hurry that day and needed a bottom line right away. Shannel and Lara, the reception staff are friendly, courteous, professional, responsive, and great to work with. Facilities: The offices here are well kept and classy. A perfect environment for my firm, and a place in which I'm proud to meet clients. Nice amenities in the kitchen and coffee bar area as well. Pricing: When I was looking for dedicated office space, I checked other similar companies' facilities Co-Tenants: So far I've had all great experiences with the co-tenants here. Everyone has been friendly and professional, and while I was initially nervous about having my firm in a suite with other law firms, the networking I've done here has been an unexpected and added bonus. I was a client for a year. The center was fantastic. First, it's brand new-- clean and modern. The staff is completely professional and totally on the ball. I stumbled into this Regus business centre in October 2012 when I am looking for a moving-in ready office to start off my business. With telecommunication infrastructure and office furniture provided by Regus, I was able to focus all my attention in building the business without having to deal with setting up a new office. Not to mention that the receptionists, Adrine and Alice, are very professional and provide great services to both my clients and my business. Lastly, the location manager, Nayra, was also very helpful in helping with addressing the needs for my business growth. read more

Location wise , great. Had my business running from here, receptionist were amazing, the customer service progressed the longer I stayed. Unfortunately, one afternoon I stayed a bit longer with a client, walked them to their vehicle and sad to say but this is the reason why I have ended my contract with Regus. Prestige is everything, you expect nothing but the best from Pasadena and DTLA. As we were arriving to my client's car on Hudson 2 of the building (McCarthycook) workers were out in the back on Hudson smoking weed, laughing and kicking back. One the tall, dark, mid 20's was wearing his uniform and the other was a security guard white, mid 20's, short , this left a bad taste in my partners and clients mouth hearing their bad mouthing and smoking pot like nothing, do that when you're not in your uniform. We decided to move to a nicer place in Pasadena sadly. read more

I don't see a Yelp setup for the Regus office at 117 E Colorado Blvd in Old Town Pasadena. My understanding is the Old Town location opened about a year ago -- in the historic former Chamber of Commerce building. I recently got an office here. Regus is awesome. The staff are fantastic to work with. Elizabeth, who runs the office, is amazing. I absolutely love being in Regus. The place is kept spotlessly clean. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. The management is very responsive and I have zero complaints. I even decided to upgrade to a better office and Regus was totally great to work with on that change. The interior of the offices are totally well-maintained and the "common areas" -- the kitchen, reception and the conference room -- are very nicely designed. I am so happy I got this office and I think Regus does an amazing job. So this review is not for the N Lake Ave location -- I could not find a listing in Yelp for the Old Town office. read more
