I get to my appointment 30 minutes early. I fill out my paperwork they take me in and I wait almost 3 hours in a room waiting to be seen. I complain about waiting 2 hours and they say someone will be with me soon. I'm miserable from the nerve pain. Almost another hour later the PA finally comes inside the room. She apologizes for being late. Starts to examine me, 5 minutes in, Her phone rings & she says. "I'm so sorry I have to take this" Really??? They send me to get MRIs. My next appointment I meet this POS Dr. William Stevens. He comes in barely & vaguely speaks to me. Says I need an emergency surgery the next morning. Caught off guard, I can't just go to surgery the next day. I need to make plans, I have a family & my own business to run. When I'm hesitant to schedule. He starts rushing me. Telling me to hurry up & make a decision because he is 2 hours behind. As if that's my fault. He also takes a call during my consult. Hangs up and pressures me more to decide immediately. I genuinely believe he totally took advantage of me being vulnerable, in 10 level pain, & used scare tactics to pressure me to have spinal fusion surgery. He never offered any other option. He was completely rude disrespectful POS. I schedule a surgery the next Tuesday morning. The day before the surgery I ask him what I can take for pain that won't be a problem for surgery. He said I can take pain pills & medical marijuana before the surgery with no issue. I get to my surgery location, 3-4 different staff members come to my surgery bed to ask me the same stupid questions. My anxiety for this surgery was through the roof. So I started making jokes with the staff because it was becoming redundant. Does the staff not communicate with each other? The Anesthesiologists has no sense of humor. After speaking to me, He leaves goes to see Dr. Stevens. He says I'm high and demands Dr. Stevens to cancel the surgery. Dr. Stevens comes to my bed and says the surgery is canceled due to my medical marijuana use. Surprised & upset, My wife confronts his BS. Because the day before over the phone he said pain pills & medical marijuana is fine for me to take before the surgery. Embarrassed Dr. Stevens disrespects my Wife & I. And tells us "If we don't like it, get another doctor." Dr. William Stevens is a deceptive disrespect devilish doctor and for his sake I hope we never meet again. I don't know that that is something to be proud of or ashamed of, but it is what it is. I've mostly been going for shoulder pain, but also for a calf injury... I've been seeing Kristina Lott as my Physical Therapist and I highly recommend her. Nate Snell is also fabulous, but Kristina's schedule jives well with my need to come in early mornings. The front office and support crew are all friendly -- even when I go before 7am, which is impressive. Shout out to Kat, who keeps me in check with the exercises that Kristina prescribes. I'm hoping to graduate from this bout of visits in the near future, but if and when I need to return for PT, Endurance Rehab will always be my first choice of places to go. Since my last review, and when recovering from a calf injury, I was able to utilize the onsite G-Trainer anti-gravity treadmill.  It was super cool and definitely aided in my recovery. The office staff and assistants are always friendly and helpful. What I really appreciate this time is that Dr. Kuhn referred me to a spine specialist, since we are not making great progress with my constant lower backpain. I always feel better when I leave the office, but my job requires me standing for 8 hours straight. An MRI also showed issues with my disks. Both doctors have their patients best interest in mind.

Their automated appointment confirmation system that comes to me via text is better than most doctor's offices. I don't get multiple texts, emails, phone calls, etc. like I do from so many other doc offices. Also - it comes to me in plenty of time to perhaps make a change in schedule if something comes up where I need to tweak the timing on my appt. Further, and mostly, I am getting better! This is the third physical therapy place I've been to in my lifetime -- and it will be the only one I trust from here on out. They Care! They Help me! What could be better? :)

Phoenix, AZ…read more0 2 10/4/2021 If I could give this place a 0 star I would.  Two therpists there, Alison Russell an Rae Schrage are two of the rudest, laziest and incompetent people I've ever met.   They are too lazy to monitor your exercises to make sure they are done correctly and complain and give you attitude when you ask them questions.  They would rather spend time on their computers in the back gossiping about their clients,  though I've also heard them gossiping on the floor as well.  It was a very unpleasant experience.  It's bad enough to be injured and one can only hope you can find therapists who actually care and do all they can to improve your recovery.  Well, unfortunately that was not provided here. I do not recommend this Arcadia location at 4840 E. Indian School Rd. with these two awful therapists.

Whether you fall prey to the imprudence of youth, an accident or general abuse and neglect, hobble on over to Linda and her staff for repair. The environment at Camelview is very supportive, and even though the PT exercises can be a little torturous, I would classify my visits as fun. It's a very comfortable place to get your body back in gear, and the team is very focused on helping you get results. I can't say enough nice things about Linda and her team, and I'm very happy with my healing process.

I am 76 years old and they've got me in such good shape that I can't be grateful enough. I'm going to keep going for as long as I am allowed. I have noticed that now I have some energy back, have more range of motion and don't have nearly the pain. I am walking better and standing up a little straighter, but I have just begun.
