I walked out with snow gear that feels like it could realistically last me the next 20 years. Great value, solid selection, and the kind of pricing that makes you feel like you beat the system a little. *Invite Only* although they do have public events.

Invitation only, we have not been here in a while. See…read morepicture for "Year Round Access" for exceptions. Quality/Quantity - Good, I like 2 of their 4 brands here. My favorite brand is Mountain Hardware. Bought two heavy duty ski jackets, one in blue and one in black. I plan to return one after I try it on at home with my other outfits... Because this is an employee store, do not expect to find the latest and greatest. But they are improving with their inventory selection IMO. Fairly consistent business while we were here both days. But then again, we also get to travel on off peak days and times. I would NOT want to come here on weekends. Atmosphere - Must go through security to enter the parking lot. Plenty of parking. Must check in with security to enter the store to shop. Open 7 days a week from 10am or 11am to 8pm. See my picture or Yelp. Very dog friendly; see picture. There were at least 3 customers here today with dogs?!?! Service - These two visits were good. Price - Ski jackets were $350 ish... but with the 40% off and an additional 10% off, I got them for $225 each! Good deal. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1938; thank you for inviting others to join your employee store. I appreciate the additional discounts.

This Title Nine handles returns. I love Title Nine clothes. However, they just lost me as a…read morecustomer until they change their return policy. I usually don't have any sizing issues, but I ordered a pair Kuhl shorts the same size as the other pair I have. The new pair is a little too small for some reason. I learned that you have a choice of a prepaid label for $7.50, or you can ship yourself. I went to the post office and paid $5.50 to ship first class. Never again. What a hassle. Instead I ordered a nice pair of cargo shorts from Amazon. Free, easy returns. Sorry, Title Nine, but you've got to up the game for DTC clothes. They aren't going to fit sometimes and it is unreasonable to expect customers to pay so much (over 10% of the initial cost of the item) and spend the time to return it.

If you keep an eye out for their blowout sale, you can get quality, supportive sports bras for $5. Which is INSANE. I picked up a bra, a new pair of running shorts, and a pair of sandals (because I can get shoes anywhere, honestly). If you do catch their sale, make sure you come in something that's easy to change in & out of, because the fitting room is a communal area (it is after all a wear house most of the time, so it doesn't make sense to make fitting rooms). I wish I had known that, because I would have worn shorts and a shirt instead of the maxi dress I picked.
