While their butcher shop is modest the authenticity of the place made me a fan. The case contained pretty standard cuts of meat, lots of chuck and sirloin. I was specifically looking for a good marbled new york cut and was unable to find it, but ended up picking a few nice frozen angus tenderloin cuts, some oxtail and a very nice looking turkey for thanksgiving dinner. As a consumer who didn't have any animals to bring in to have them slaughter (which is a service they provide) I found the selection lacking, but the quality high. The tenderloins were flavorful (again, not as marbled as I'd have liked) and the price was right. Next time I drive down, I'll definitely consider hitting them up again.

The salad was fresh, crisp, and well prepared. You can definitely tell there's a good chef in the kitchen. Our server, Maria, was excellent--very kind, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu.
