One being gutter cleaning, and power washing. The second is new windows for our house. In early March 2025 we had our gutters cleaned and the house power washed. They did an amazing job. They went above and beyond with their work. They pressure washed a section of our porch where there was a grease stain.not something that was on the list of things to do, so it was greatly appreciated. We really, really appreciated that. I could see a real positive difference in the exterior of our house. Pricing for the power washing and gutter cleaning was comparable to others. We also like to support local businesses. The gutter cleaning resulted in the large amount of rain we had to properly come out of the gutters. We really needed a gutter cleaning. They did an amazing job with that as well. Windows: The process of the window purchasing went pretty good. The estimate was below a lot of the big well known large companies. Again, we wanted to support local business. The measurement process was quick. It took about 3-4 weeks for the windows to come in and another week or two before the process was complete. The installation took 3 days. They did well. The three men here were great! We enjoyed their personalities, hard work, and attention to detail. We are extremely happy with the whole process. It was one of the best decisions we made for our house. Their communication was great during the whole process and their attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Top Stream has always been great with communication. Caleb and his staff have always been professional, polite and helpful. I highly recommend them. Our next project will be a new door, as they offer that service. My husband had said he will absolutely be using Top Stream for future projects. This made the symptom difficult to repeat as regular rains wouldn't cause the problem. We had a range of quotes from $700 to $3000 for rebuilding the suspect roof area to installing a larger cricket; none would guarantee their approach. Alpine Roofing offered a solution that they would warrant for half the cost of other estimates. It's not about fixing a leak the first time, it's about seeing the job through as promised. Alpine did that. The initial repair stood up to most storms. When we saw some water during particularly high winds, Alpine returned to expand the sealed area. They prioritized us even though many other jobs were in queue after the storm. Alpine identified the right fix, and ensured that fix stood up to the worst hurricane weather. They are the only Williamsburg roofer we'll use.

One was an issue noted by a pest control estimator (which turned out to likely be nothing). Yarkey came out, inspected, explained the reasoning and added metal flashing to ensure it was not a problem. Additionally, our gutter guard is from the 80's and there were problems with nails falling behind it. Eventually the nails showed up hanging between the facia and the gutter. Yarkey removed all the hanging nails before they left. We love the job they originally did on our roof, but can't say enough about them backing up their work down the road. Yarkey is a quality company and has ended up being a cost effective value for us.

After finding them online and seeing my city listed, I called to schedule an estimate. I was then told that because I live more than 30 miles from their location, I am outside of their service area, even though I live in Williamsburg. The website should be specific and state that they only service parts of Williamsburg or mention their mileage limit. This was a complete waste of my time.
