When I was purchasing my current used car, I was able to stop by and let them take a look at it at no charge. This was very helpful! If I have a concern, they're very patient when I bring it to them. 3. They are sensitive to my budget--I bet I don't even know all the ways. They discuss payment options with me and recently included a service at no charge--I believe because I disclosed my budget, but I did that thinking that all the services were covered, so I had no expectation of this generous action. They are just awesome, and you can feel they care about helping you--not just working on machines-- and I tell my family, my friends, and coworkers to go to Bock Auto.
