Most recently they did some work on my 1965 Alfa Giulia Spider. Their inspection of the car picked up a couple of problems that were overlooked by the people that restored the car and they found the needed parts (not easy for a 60 year old car) and replaced them at very reasonable cost. Cost $6k to fix a problem Balcun's caused…read more Had some work done and they didn't properly reconnect the transmission fluid hose. Within 5 miles of leaving their garage the hose popped off and all of the transmission fluid blew out. They apologized, fixed the hose and refilled the fluid, but the transmission immediately burned out. They acknowledged that losing the fluid from the hose they worked on was the cause given it was a low mileage car but then literally challenged me to find a "transmission detective" to prove it and refused to take any responsibility. Hopefully the court can help.
