So one of the guys that was with a customer at the cash register, says to them "you have a customer" One of the females looks at me and shrugs her shoulders. Custom Interior damaged with ZERO reimbursement after a month…read more I brought my vehicle in and payed over $2,000 for some simple motor work and keep in mind that this is how I was treated after paying so much; Upon returning home with my car that day I noticed that my brand new custom shift boot was covered in grease and had been attempted to be cleaned resulting in even more damage. It was installed about 3 weeks before this incident and was in perfect condition. It is a $50 custom made shift boot that took a $75 trim piece to make so this is going to cost me about $150 out of pocket to replace myself which is totally not cool. I took it upon myself to get in touch over the phone, where I was first accused about lying in regards to the damages, and was then mocked and made fun of by the owned Patrick for supposedly "just being all butt-hurt about it" I really want others to avoid such a bad experience, especially encountering damages and losing money when you are already having to pay for work on your car. I do also have images of my car on their lift as proof to the date that this occurred.
