They had only 2 restroom stalls for women, it was clean and pretty big. I'm just happy there wasn't a line. One of the workers was pressure washing, which made me feel like they actually cared about the place. It was pretty busy so the line for cashier was kind of long. Luckily, they had self checkouts. This helped out a lot. This location is the first one I had seen that has washers and dryers. Either that or never noticed it before, and we've gone cross country.

They said things would be back online in 20 to 30 minutes. I waited 30 minutes, and the answer was again "back online in 20 to 30 minutes." So it was all BS with no real estimate of when service would be restored. They promised to cancel the transaction, but who knows what will actually happen. I'll be keeping an eye on things to make sure that that $200 charge doesn't go through.

The prices for the gas for a very fair considering the surrounding area and the customer service was super friendly. I even needed a couple of hours to nap and the service attendant let me park outside to catch some Z's. I truly appreciate the quality of customer care here and I the sensitivity to travelers. Because of the kindness here, I should be able to make it back home in time for Thanksgiving! I truly enjoyed my experience here and recommend this stuff and it always pays to be nice.

My fault I let the registration expire but I was not putting another dime into the car because of all the issues it had and was planning to sell it to Cash for Clunkers but time got away from me and we hadn't pulled it into my driveway which apparently would've saved me from this whole mess.Total money grab by the city and Phils because there was no way I would be able to get my car back before they closed at 5 PM for the weekend so my car had to sit there. I finally called and by that time I was told the fees were $900 BUT Earl would cut me a deal and only make me pay $500 if I signed the title of my car over. If I didn't do this the total fee's would be around $3000 by the time my car went to auction and he was likely to only make $1000 off the car and therefore would take out a deficiency lien against me for the rest of the money. I tried to negotiate the $500 since I was willing to sign my car over to him to sell at auction and the tow from my house to his storage is less than 0.25 miles so he would still be profiting but he refused and then had the audacity to shake my hand and tell me merry Christmas after making me pay $500 and leaving with nothing. I understand people have to run a business, but this was a huge scam and Phils is apparently notorious for this type of business from what another tow yard here in Corning told me when I called to see is this is standard in the business.
