Custom Interior damaged with ZERO reimbursement after a month…read more I brought my vehicle in and payed over $2,000 for some simple motor work and keep in mind that this is how I was treated after paying so much; Upon returning home with my car that day I noticed that my brand new custom shift boot was covered in grease and had been attempted to be cleaned resulting in even more damage. It was installed about 3 weeks before this incident and was in perfect condition. It is a $50 custom made shift boot that took a $75 trim piece to make so this is going to cost me about $150 out of pocket to replace myself which is totally not cool. I took it upon myself to get in touch over the phone, where I was first accused about lying in regards to the damages, and was then mocked and made fun of by the owned Patrick for supposedly "just being all butt-hurt about it" I really want others to avoid such a bad experience, especially encountering damages and losing money when you are already having to pay for work on your car. Kitchen Nightmares is on and Gordon Ramsay is going in on some crappy chef. Sean's like "I'm pretty sure your McDonald's breakfast sandwiches taste A-1 compared to that restaurant's crap right now." In between our conversation he politely asked me to sign off and review what he was charging me for, didn't try to upsell me, sell me anything useless, or any additional fluff. He also didn't rush me out of there either. So I able to take my time and enjoy the deliciousness I had brought with me. All in all I spent about 15-20 minutes tops. The process was fast and easy. 15/10 would chat and chill with Sean again. Oh yeah and my car was fine. And I paid about $45 for the whole thing (smog check).
