When you least expect it, a plumbing issue on a Friday! I had shut the water off at my house - and when I slowly turned it back on, with faucets open, I still somehow managed to experience a leak. The leak started from our second floor (atic), and dripped to our first floor, Poetic found the leak, took pictures and showed us what was going on, it was a bad T. Tyler came to our rescue again as another toilet died a tragic death and started leaking water at the base. Tyler came on time, gave us a fair price, pulled the toilet, had to hacksaw the tank from the seat, rebuilt the tank, replaced the shut off valve, and reinstalled the unit in our master bathroom. Both my toilets and tubs were flooding, I reached out to Tyler at Poetic Plumbing and he was able to get to me quickly, i liked that right away he gave me a few prices from what I told him over the phone. Tyler and Poetic Plumbing did a really fantastic job installing a new gas line to my home. It was an unexpected expense for us. After getting several quotes, Tyler came in tied with the cheapest bid and did the best job of setting expectations for what the work would entail. Every other plumber tried to talk me out of getting proper permits. Other plumbers even lied and said the permit process would take weeks or months. Tyler wanted to do things the right way, and was clearly experienced as he told me how it would go and everything happened exactly as he said it would. Very happy with Tyler's work here in Rancho Cucamonga. I had a main line clog running from house to sewer and so the downstairs toilets were backing up. My house got a colonoscopy and a clean out. He is reasonably priced and quick. Did a great job explaining the process and what to do if it happens again. Turns out the house has a flapper valve buried in the front yard that prevents sewer water from entering the house and it just turned out to be a choke point. He knew instantly what to do. Tyler installed new toilets when ours were getting old a few months ago. We continue to be happy about all the results. Valve to my irrigation supplied by main water line broke the day before so had to shut off water to the whole house.
