She made feel so comfortable, chatting and distracting me the whole time. I was so relaxed while she was filling my tooth. That's a first! Dr. Hinkley was also fantastic! Asked me several times if I needed a break, as did Maddie, and made sure I was comfortable. He explained things so I understood and reviewed what things I should call for. This is such a great practice. They are out of network for my insurance, but I won't go anywhere else!

I absolutely hate the water tool (it's painful), and they just weren't doing a thorough enough job cleaning using the hand scaling method. So I got some recommendations from friends on Facebook and ended up choosing this practice with Wendy as my hygienist. She was so thorough, gentle too, and my husband has since signed up to visit her for a cleaning. Some other things that I loved about this practice are that both the dentist and Wendy were super-tech-savvy, and were able to show me the status of the condition of all of my teeth using a digital screen and hi-def photos. My husband had an out-of-state emergency root canal done last summer, but all of the x-rays were useless to our former practice because they didn't have the technology to receive them through email. I have no doubt that the folks at Johnson would be able to accept email x-rays or anything that requires new technology, and they'll be able to more effectively monitor the progress of my teeth using their digital software. Additionally, everyone, including the dentist and receptionists seemed knowledgable and very kind. This visit was my first, but my husband and family will all be joining me too.

Dr Patel was the first and only one who took the challenge and effort to find a solution to my problem. He searched for a lab that would create a cap that would exactly fit my implant.
