The process was so easy and straightforward. He was very attentive, personable, and took the time to carefully listen to what I needed, and then suggested a few units - he was right on. It was everything I wanted. I really felt like he took the time to really listen and shared his knowledge of the different available options. I had reached out a bit early and as soon as units became available, he took the initiative to follow up with me to schedule a time. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend him if you're looking for your next home! You want someone who cares, is knowledgeable and has your best interest in mind.

Very very pushy habits, I experienced such a Hostile experience with this agency- very shady very sketchy, as I'm prepared to launch an ethics code with board of realtors against these dishonorable company! From day one, they pushed and pressured my Agent to obtain keys *****earlier to avoid obtaining prior****** to the Long holiday weekend The priority shifted to convenience on behalf of the NEW prospective tenants, vs the existent occupants- and the landlord needs The focus was to Get Keys as Promptly as possible, BY pass any essential details in between in a very highly dysfunctional approach Laurent Had a Nerve to ASK for the *****Commission check PRIOR to even having his clients move in***** He figured to obtain keys fast, and get Paid RAPIDLY prior to the 1st of September which he knows is (((((Prohibitive and also UN lawful)))) Above all, he was aggressive on the phone when I informed him, his boss would be briefed on the subject matter and valid warranted feedback would be posted on Google, Yelp and Zillow Laurent created a NIGHTMARE experience to the old occupants, and to my broker who had an awful experience with Laurent as well

If I could give zero stars, I would. Working with Jane Reitz was atrocious…read more Backing up here, we'd interacted with Jane regarding three properties. I did not realize it was possible to witness all of these things with just one agent, but it happened: - At open houses, Jane and her assistants were very unprepared. They had laptops open, trying to get the answer to basic questions like "How many units are in the association? Is the heat gas? etc." It was as if no one did their homework and was very unprofessional. - Jane was 1 hour late to one showing, 30 minutes later to another one we had with her. In both cases, she blamed it on her assistant not telling her instead of taking the fall for it like a real professional. - Jane forgot the basement key on a home inspection and then proceeded to hire a locksmith, make us wait an hour for the guy to show up, have him break into the basement without permission of anyone in the association, and then write him a bad check. -Jane fails to disclose a material known fact in a real estate listing on MLS. There was a right of first refusal on the property. Per the law, she is required to disclose this and knowingly did not. We were eventually forced out of the deal and out thousands of dollars. This also put the seller in a tough position because she was now under threat of lawsuit from others in the association. Our agent's company said THIS IS THE WORST THING HE'D EVER SEEN HAPPEN IN A REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION. Then, the saga continues - 1. We sued her for breaking Mass 93A law, Unfair and Deceptive Business practices. 2. We filed a complaint with the Massachusetts Division of Professional Licensure. 3. We filed an ethics complaint with the Greater Boston Board of Real Estate. Take your buying and selling of real estate elsewhere! The stress and horrible events that are likely to occur doing business with Jane Reitz are not worth it.

I contacted Blue Ocean Realty about an apartment I saw online that I was interested in. I contacted…read moreRose who put me in touch with Luke to view the apartment. I was nervous since a lot of realtors use fake ads to lure you in and then say oh that's not available. To my surprise the apartment was in fact real! Luke was very professional and quick to respond. He did ask me what I was looking for so he could pull other listings in the area and make the most of our time. We were able to set up a viewing for the apartment later that week along with a few others. This doesn't seem like a big deal but I have a small dog and finding non basement apartments in Boston who accept pups is hard! Luke was very nice and didn't rush me at any of the viewings. He was able to answer my questions and the two questions he was unsure of he said he would get back to me. I fell in love with the original apartment I was interested in and asked Luke about the process. From there it was pretty easy. I filled out the paperwork and was able to get everything over to Lucy in the office who was super nice! She made sure everything was filled out and helped me with a few things I was unsure about. Also they used an electronic signature for the lease which is soooo much better than having to drive around and/or mail things. So moral of the story is I'm sitting in my new apartment thanks to the team at Blue Ocean. I would 100% work with them again. I also referred them to my friend and another realtor named Julia was able to get her an amazing place. Thanks for not being the stereotypical sketchy realtors we all know in Boston! :)

I don't even know where to start. Black mold, cockroaches,…read morerats, infestation, hoarding, harassment upon other tenants . Constant fire hazards constant neglect. Constant noise and parking violations among All of these one star reviews don't even do any of this justice. The few good reviews are fake profile, profiles, and pictures of edited listings that are Photo shopped. The management company does not respond . They have a lengthy list of violations, continuing and ongoing with the city. Upon speaking with said city official, they confirmed that each ticket was attempted to be appealed and all were denied . The apartments that they attempt to rent out, do not look as though they appear . They claim the bare minimum was saying that they'll clean and maybe paint . They don't even vacuum .

Exceptional Real Estate Partner - Phil Delivers Results…read more I've had the pleasure of working with Phil at Park Hou Group through Splice on multiple transactions over the years. Phil helped me purchase a single-family home in Cambridge, buy a townhouse condo in Somerville, and later sell the condo. Each experience exceeded my expectations. Going Above and Beyond from Day One For my Cambridge purchase, Phil's team secured an early showing before the open house, allowing me to submit a competitive offer ahead of the crowd. In Cambridge's cutthroat market, this strategic move made all the difference--I'm confident I wouldn't have gotten the house otherwise. Phil provided an incredibly detailed comparative market analysis (CMA) that gave me the confidence to make a strong but justified offer. Expert Advice That Pays Dividends One of Phil's best recommendations was converting my 2-bed, 1.5-bath home into a 3-bed, 2-bath. This renovation created a versatile home office and guest room, and when I relocated, significantly increased the property's rental value. It's rare to find a realtor who thinks so strategically about long-term value. Unmatched Expertise and Resources Phil's personal experience with rental properties and renovations sets him apart. As a first-time renovator, I had countless questions, and Phil never hesitated to share his knowledge--even well after closing. I later learned he develops properties himself and manages investment properties for other clients, which explains his deep understanding of what to buy, what to avoid, and how to maximize ROI on improvements. A Full-Service Team with Vetted Professionals Phil has built an impressive network of trusted vendors--inspectors, architects, contractors, loan officers, attorneys, photographers, stagers, and more. When he makes a recommendation, I don't waste time researching alternatives because I know they're competent and fairly priced. This network is invaluable and saves tremendous time and stress. Proactive Marketing That Gets Results When selling my condo, Phil convinced me to stage the property (excellent advice) and staffed the open house with multiple team members to ensure every visitor felt attended to. What impressed me most was his follow-through--he personally called every prospective buyer multiple times for feedback and to maintain engagement. Phil doesn't just list properties; he actively sells them. Always Available, Always Professional Throughout every transaction, Phil was accessible via text and phone, answering questions and easing anxieties. His communication style is both professional and reassuring during what can be a stressful process. I've recommended Phil to all my friends because I genuinely believe you won't find a better realtor in the Boston area. His combination of market knowledge, strategic thinking, and exceptional service makes him an invaluable partner in any real estate transaction.

Splice Realty is and has been amazing…read more They were the reality group that help my partner and I brought our first home. On every step of the way, they walk and talk us though it. As first time home buyer, there were many things that we didn't know or weren't aware of. Splice educated us on so many different things such as flood zones, tax, and other fees. They made as feel comfortable with every decision and empower every decision with facts. They honesty and fact checking was something we needed. Buying a house is difficult but factors such as the pandemic and inflation doesn't make anything easier. So we highly recommend this group. They really do have your back, have your best interest, make time for any questions you have, and never rush the sale. Thank you, Splice!
