They have a lengthy list of violations, continuing and ongoing with the city. Upon speaking with said city official, they confirmed that each ticket was attempted to be appealed and all were denied . The apartments that they attempt to rent out, do not look as though they appear . They claim the bare minimum was saying that they'll clean and maybe paint . They don't even vacuum .
