I was nervous since a lot of realtors use fake ads to lure you in and then say oh that's not available. To my surprise the apartment was in fact real! Luke was very professional and quick to respond. He did ask me what I was looking for so he could pull other listings in the area and make the most of our time. We were able to set up a viewing for the apartment later that week along with a few others. This doesn't seem like a big deal but I have a small dog and finding non basement apartments in Boston who accept pups is hard! Luke was very nice and didn't rush me at any of the viewings. He was able to answer my questions and the two questions he was unsure of he said he would get back to me. I fell in love with the original apartment I was interested in and asked Luke about the process. From there it was pretty easy. I filled out the paperwork and was able to get everything over to Lucy in the office who was super nice! She made sure everything was filled out and helped me with a few things I was unsure about. Also they used an electronic signature for the lease which is soooo much better than having to drive around and/or mail things. So moral of the story is I'm sitting in my new apartment thanks to the team at Blue Ocean. I would 100% work with them again.
