The food was absolutely amazing we had the smoked deviled eggs, oysters and the pears with blue cheese and toasted pistachios all were delicious!! We also had the lobster pasta wow on the sauce and they were NOT shy with the lobster! Which also was fresh and delicious! We then spilt the sea bass fish which they spilt up and brought us out our own dishes, and the owner and head chef delivered to our table himself which was such an awesome touch! And he's was so kind and wonderful to talk to! And then came the dessert which was the butterscotch pudding.......WOW I'm pretty sure this was made in Heaven! Carson was our waiter and was wonderful too!! He is delightful and very knowledgeable of the entire menu and all the drinks I'm a very picky wine drinker and he gave me the perfect recommendation after listening to me. The overall experience is truly one of my favorites!! And the ambience is wonderful too!! We loved the open kitchen as well!! If you haven't been, GO!! You will not be disappointed!! We can't wait to return!

Every single time I go here I need to get the marinated olives, I don't know what they do to them, but it's amazing. Great farm to table kitchen with a unique evolving menu. I would definitely say that this restaurant is leading a new charge for Saint Charles as far as the culinary experience that we're looking for when we go out for date night or girls night out. Very elevated very refined very unique. You've got to try it out!

Whiskey Bend has a name that helps you choose what to order. Of course there's tons of liquors to choose from. These and the food can get pricy but there's a happy hour for money saving. Coming in here it was surprising we could get seats at the bar. It's got a happy hour. This is when to save money on the expensive menu. Got a few good things out of it. The liquor menu has tons. It's $10 for an Old Fashioned. This is a pretty strong one. Also has cheaper prices on food such as burgers. There's just not a ton of things here for vegetarians. It's about $16 for the Avocado Salad. This has cilantro, cucumbers, red onions, and tomatoes. A lot but it wasn't that filling. This is still probably the healthiest thing you can order. Got to come at happy hour. It's from Mondays to Fridays and includes drinks and some food items. They're open later on weekends.

Our server wasn't proactive with refilling our water, but checked in on us often and was polite and friendly. The tacos and croquettes for appetizers were delicious and flavorful. Our entrees had positives and negatives going for all of them. My salmon was delicious, but the vegetables were almost room temperature, not necessarily my favorite. The lemon herb fish and shrimp had good flavors but the risotto was inconsistent, some hard, some soft, and the shrimp itself was dry. The octopus was bland, but was tender. They had no dessert menu. I enjoyed my margarita and the mezcal, though both were overpriced at $16 each.

And my view was amazing as I watched the head chef Christian work his magician in the kitchen from our outdoor table. He introduced himself as well when we were wrapping up the evening. Such a kind man with so much passion for his art. I highly recommend that restaurant. We will surely be back.

On my…read morevisit here, I had the opportunity to try two dishes off the shareables menu and was super impressed with both of them. Service was also quick and friendly throughout the entire meal. The Birria egg rolls were a bit on the smaller side but made a big impression with its preparation. I've never had birria wrapped in anything as crispy as the wonton wrapper this was wrapped in. The birria was flavorful while being tender and not being too salty. The white cheddar and chihuahua cheese added a small amount of extra saltiness and a bit more fat, which matched well with the chipotle aiola. The duck poutine was incredibly flavorful, while sitting on the edge of potentially being too bold. The fries were incredibly crispy though there was quite a bit of gravy on the dish and the white cheddar cheese curds did a great job of keeping the entire dish hot throughout the meal, while adding a little bit of extra flavor. The bacon and onion added some umami though it almost made the dish a bit too salty and the duck confit added a nice protein element. Overall a little pricey, but given the more unique menu and quality of both the flavors and textures, it's worth the premium. The food here is definitely memorable and in line with excellent options available in Geneva.

I would say that the overall quality is better than the other two Brazilian steakhouses in the burbs. It has a bar area and a dining area. Looks like you could order à la carte or enjoy the full service of a Brazilian steakhouses. We were greeted warmly by the hostess and then the wait staffs. They explained everything clearly and checked in often. First, I love the selection of their salad table - it included a variety of salads, salami, prosciutto and cheese. Then, let's talk about their cheese bread - it's airy and not dense so you are not filled up. The main stars - the quality of meat was quite good, and they not overly seasoned. What I appreciated the most was, the meat was still hot! We didn't get to the dessert menu, so we will find out next time!

The ambiance was very elegant and friendly. The table settings clean fresh very cute. The bathroom was very clean I love when the restrooms matches to the cleanliness of the rest of the decor. The salad was pretty regular other Brazilian have soups black bean and rice but the variety of salad choices were good. The only thing I did not know was the fact that out of all of our servers we had no one said that the bottle water or sparkling water was not or the drinks After the food is done is extra. Some of the meat was SALTY but I know Brazilian meats are alway seasoned with tons of salt. At your table they bring you fried polenta, mash potato, and fried banana not plantain. The bread to me was the best because is a puff bread and I just love that you can at as much of polenta, Mash potato and or fried polenta you can eat But unfortunately I ate most of the bread so I was full I did not eat the Brazilian sausage nor roasted Pork because I do not eat pork. Our servers were extremely friendly pass yourself to the food because you will get very full if you eat a lot of salad. I could have giving this restaurant 10 starsbut again since my husband does drink a lot of water the sparkling H2O was just coming without us asking

This time, my husband and I decided to have a dinner date and actually dine in at the St. Charles location for the 1st time, which gave us the perfect opportunity to try a few new things along with some of our favorites. We started with the Italian Farm Salad to share and a bowl of Tuscan White Bean Soup. Such a nice touch that they split the salad onto two separate plates for us without us even having to do it ourselves. The salad was fresh and bright, and the soup was so warm, flavorful, and comforting. Our server, Izzy, was absolutely the BEST! She was so sweet, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. I wanted the Chicken Parmesan but asked if I could substitute the marinara with Bolognese for an upcharge while still getting the marinara on the side. OMG... I think I found my new favorite dish! It was SO good. I might just have to call it the "Izzy Chicken Parm" from now on because I'm not sure I'll ever be able to explain the order again and get it exactly the way Izzy put it in for me! My husband loves their Pasta Carbonara, so of course he had to stick with his usual. We also decided to try something new and ordered the wood-fired Prosciutto & Arugula pizza. After a few bites, we realized it just wasn't for us and seemed a little undercooked. We mentioned it to Izzy, and she couldn't have been nicer about it. She immediately offered to have a different pizza made for us and even offered to box up the first one for us to take home. We ended up switching to the Pear & Caramelized Onion pizza, which we've had before and already know we enjoy. So our dinner ended up being the perfect mix of trying something new and sticking with a few favorites. We absolutely love the food at GIA MIA, but Izzy's wonderful service made this visit especially memorable. We'll definitely be back for another dinner date--and we'll absolutely continue ordering delivery too! And Izzy, if you see this... I'll be back for my "Izzy Chicken Parm!" :-)
