Having been to the Lombard location several times, I was ecstatic to take my friend here for dinner. She had never been, we happened to be in the area, and we decided to come in. I was blown away by the consistency in quality and flavor between my experience here and in Lombard. Kudos to the management team and staff, since other places aren't typically consistent throughout. My friend enjoyed her regular bowl of chicken teriyaki with white rice. I had a regular bowl of orange spicy chicken with yakisoba noodles. We also had a regular fountain drink each. It wasn't super busy yet on a Saturday around 5, so we enjoyed our food fresh. This place is in a strip mall, and there's also plenty of free parking on premise shared with other businesses. A must try in St. Charles! Officially opening 11/26/2021... We were there for the soft opening, and they offered free entree bowls to those who had preregistered. I took my son right as they started serving. He ordered the regular Orange Chicken Bowl with noodles, and I ordered the regular Chicken Breast Bowl with noodles and veggies. Both bowls were delicious! My son took two bites and said, yum, I will definitely come back here. He's 11, so I suppose he means I can bring him back here, lol. Point being, he loved the bowl. I loved mine too. The noodles are so soft and flavorful. My chicken was perfectly cooked, and the teriyaki sauce is yummy. They put to go teriyaki sauce in the bag with the bowls, and we both used the extra sauce for our noodles. I ordered the Crab Rangoon app as well. They were crunchy and soft with an extremely tasty sweet and sour dipping sauce. There is not a lot of dining space, but fear not, if it's crowded, take it to go. The lady in the store not took responsible for the bad order they made for me. The chicken is too dark and burnt, its taste bitten. We enjoyed a quick dinner at Teriyaki Madness on Main Street in Saint Charles, Illinois. We enjoyed several Chicken Teriyaki Bowls, two with brown rice, and one with a double helping of vegetables. We also had a Spicy Tofu Bowl with fried rice and vegetables. We enjoyed our bowls. The chicken was tender and the tofu was seasoned to perfection. The vegetables of cabbage and onions were also cooked lightly and had delicious crunch. The rice was also cooked well. The service was not so impressive. When I attempted to order a regular size bowl, I was told they only had the junior bowls and the large bowl sizes available. I had to request a regular size meal to be put in a large bowl. They also were unable to cash an $100 bill even though it was the dinner hour. We will return as the food was very good, but we would not eat in the dining room in the future, as it was not well maintained. This place is super convenient for lunch. Basically you build a bowl by picking your protein (chicken, salmon, tofu, etc) and then a base (rice, noodles, etc). I got a regular size bowl which was a good portion of food. They also offer a smaller junior size and a larger size which comes with two proteins. I got tofu (non-spicy) as my protein with all veggies which was surprisingly filling despite not having a carb source. They come in reusable meal prep containers which is always a plus and the cashier was very friendly and helpful. My biggest complaint is that there is very limited indoor seating. read more

We've ordered four or five times, and like the concept. When the food is good it is really good, but my only criticism is that it has been inconsistent. I've tried bowls with steak, salmon and chicken. One of the times that I got steak it wasn't appropriately done and didn't taste good. I like the noodles, which have always been good. They are a new place and could be working through some things. If they can consistently deliver quality every time we would probably order here every week.
