I was promised a refund of $340.00 due to the many issues I encountered, yet that refund has still not been processed so I claimed fraud on my card due the fact that I cannot get a reply from anyone to update me on the refund status. Thankfully my bank is incredible and will do the fighting for me. At this point, I honestly wish they would just refund my entire service ($540.00) and be done with it. What started as a bad experience has only continued to get worse. I originally planned on being a loyal, long-term client, but after this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. When I arrived, however, I was told they would not honor the discount I had been quoted because there were "no notes in my file." Instead of taking responsibility for what was clearly an internal communication issue, I was told I was lying. Whether or not someone documented something properly is not the client's fault. I did everything I was asked to do. I even told them it was fine and that I would pay the higher price just to move forward with the appointment. Despite that, the staff continued to question me and speak to me in a way that felt accusatory and demeaning. The entire interaction was unprofessional and unnecessarily hostile. I was made to feel embarrassed and foolish for something completely out of my control. I ultimately left in tears.
