After signing a few papers, her RN Tia came out and took us back to a room. Tia was amazing and super nice!! She got everything going and kept us informed on what was next and approximate wait times. Her quality of care for my wife was 10/10!! Once they took her back for the surgery I received a phone call from Dr. Vande Ven approximately 55 minutes later and she said everything went great. 30 minutes later I received another phone call from Tia who took me back to see my wife. Tia assisted me in placing her in a wheelchair and gave me home care instructions prior to leaving. Today's experience was great and all staff were great. Everything I read said to give your body plenty of time to heal before judging your results, so I did. I also kept notes throughout the process because I knew I wouldn't remember every detail later. Looking back, I realize there were red flags from the beginning that I ignored because I trusted the process. My consultation with Dr. Wilensky was done over Zoom. At the time, I didn't think much of it, but looking back, I wish I had insisted on an in-person consultation and gotten a second opinion. During that consultation, I explained that I wanted fuller, perkier breasts and asked about adding a breast lift. I was told I didn't need one because of the position of my nipples, so I trusted that recommendation and moved forward with implants alone. Communication throughout the process was frustrating. My patient coordinator, Dasaree, was very difficult to reach. I was also pressured to pay by a certain date to receive a "special promotion," only to later see the same promotion still being offered. A week before surgery, I was told my procedure had been moved to Bakersfield, meaning I had to make last-minute travel arrangements and ride an hour and a half home after surgery. The day of surgery was also disorganized. I was told to arrive at 10:00 a.m., but my surgery didn't begin until almost 1:00 p.m. after multiple delays. They gave me a credit of $500 for me inconvenience. As my healing progressed, I became concerned with my results. On March 20, 2024, I contacted Beautologie and spoke with Nurse Maribel because I wanted to discuss my concerns. I also continued calling over the following months, but I never felt like my concerns were truly addressed. On October 24, 2024, I had to undergo a revision to remove dog ears on both sides of my lower abdomen. While I understand revisions sometimes happen, I feel too much tissue was removed, leaving my hips uneven and out of proportion. I paid another $500. Now that I've fully healed, I'm disappointed with my results. My breasts don't have the fullness or shape I was hoping for, especially in the upper portion. I'm also unhappy with my tummy tuck and liposuction. I expected a flatter stomach and smoother contour, but that's not the result I ended up with. What disappoints me most isn't just the outcome--it's that I never felt heard when I reached out with my concerns. Looking back, I wish I had trusted my instincts, asked more questions, and gotten a second opinion. Every patient will have a different experience. This is simply mine. I hope it helps someone else make a well-informed decision before choosing Dr. Jon S. Wilensky and Beautologie.

I really wanted to love Skin Gym, but after 3 visits and $645 spent, I've seen zero improvement in…read moremy main concerns--oil control and skin texture. If anything, my skin is way oilier than before. I initially found them on Instagram, where they promote customized plans based on microscopic skin analysis. That analysis was never done during any of my three visits. First visit (11/28/25 - 23rd St): When confirming my appointment I suggest a possible reschedule because I had a concert the same day and was reassured that rescheduling was not necessary as I would be able to wear makeup after. At the appointment, I was told the opposite. I received a lower-strength CSG Smart Peel and was recommended a Gentle Soothing Cleanser ($48) and Hydration Rehab Moisturizer ($120) for oily skin. By that evening, my skin was extremely greasy so I opted to put on tinted SPF to look presentable and not so shiny. As I was applying it, my skin felt so raw. The next day someone called to follow up, and I explained to them what had happened, and they apologized for the experience and stated they would be crediting my account ($50). Second visit (12/20/25 - Allen Rd): I was again given the full company backstory and sales pitch about their patented machine for the second time. I was asked about the microscopic analysis and I informed the esthetician it was not done during my 1st visit/consultation. She stated the machine could have been down and stated it would be noted for my next visit. I also received a "Giving Tree" free mask and was told I'd get 20% off if I returned with their Skin Script card. Third visit (1/14/26 - Allen Rd): Before treatment, I was pressured about joining a $1,000+ membership despite not seeing results. Otherwise each MDSE core workout would be $250 instead of $150. During my facial, I was told the products previously purchased for my oily skin weren't what this esthetician would suggest. That was concerning! At checkout, I tried to use the 20% discount but was told it only applied to add-ons (which was not clearly stated). The interaction with Linzy felt dismissive and uncomfortable, so I declined the moisturizer paid for my workout and left. Overall, this experience felt inconsistent and sales-driven, and my concerns were never truly addressed. Each visit was with a different esthetician who had different opinions and product recommendations. Based on their client photos, it may be a better fit for those targeting wrinkles or acne, but I wouldn't recommend it for oil control. Their logo says "erase 5 years in 55 minutes," but all they erased was over $600 from my bank account in three months.
