It is close to my house and Omg!! The best customer service! Along with my providers. I see Dr Shah and Miss Susana. You've already heard about my gushing praise for Dr Shah in the past. And he is still epic ;) The last few months i've been seeing Miss Susana they told me she is the Laser whisperer LOL!! And well she is!! Not only is she that but she is freaking awesome at what she does!! I have always felt like I am royalty here. They make you feel like you are the only one who exists in that room. She literally researches technique and new stuff constantly. I tell her do whatever you want! I have 100% trust in her. I had a Co2 in January. Now Co2 is rough Lol I won't lie!! But if you want to delay the aging process gracefully and look smashing I highly recommend!!! Literally takes years off of your face, neck and chest!! Miss Susana Girl You Rock!! I am so over the moon happy with my results! The torture was worth it!! Haha!! She also does my dysport with perfection! I trust in her aesthetic recommendations. I usually never let the nurses do my procedures i've always only been to Dr Shah. But now I have 2 amazing providers :)... Aftercare is superb as well. They take care of you and bring you back to check in on you even after something simple like wrinkle relaxer etc. They make sure you are happy with your results. And if you aren't they will make damn sure to do whatever it takes to make it as close to perfection as possible. Also do not forget product. I use Obagi it's fantastic! And no they don't up charge you, you will likely pay less here than online via Obagi for most products not all but most. Medical grade products are usually sold at cost I believe. Anyway I haven't updated my review in a while so I thought it's about damn time ;) I highly recommend them, I am a long time happy customer and I have to say they are the only ones I trust. Everything I read said to give your body plenty of time to heal before judging your results, so I did. I also kept notes throughout the process because I knew I wouldn't remember every detail later. Looking back, I realize there were red flags from the beginning that I ignored because I trusted the process. My consultation with Dr. Wilensky was done over Zoom. At the time, I didn't think much of it, but looking back, I wish I had insisted on an in-person consultation and gotten a second opinion. During that consultation, I explained that I wanted fuller, perkier breasts and asked about adding a breast lift. I was told I didn't need one because of the position of my nipples, so I trusted that recommendation and moved forward with implants alone. Communication throughout the process was frustrating. My patient coordinator, Dasaree, was very difficult to reach. I was also pressured to pay by a certain date to receive a "special promotion," only to later see the same promotion still being offered. A week before surgery, I was told my procedure had been moved to Bakersfield, meaning I had to make last-minute travel arrangements and ride an hour and a half home after surgery. The day of surgery was also disorganized. I was told to arrive at 10:00 a.m., but my surgery didn't begin until almost 1:00 p.m. after multiple delays. They gave me a credit of $500 for me inconvenience. As my healing progressed, I became concerned with my results. On March 20, 2024, I contacted Beautologie and spoke with Nurse Maribel because I wanted to discuss my concerns. I also continued calling over the following months, but I never felt like my concerns were truly addressed. On October 24, 2024, I had to undergo a revision to remove dog ears on both sides of my lower abdomen. While I understand revisions sometimes happen, I feel too much tissue was removed, leaving my hips uneven and out of proportion. I paid another $500. Now that I've fully healed, I'm disappointed with my results. My breasts don't have the fullness or shape I was hoping for, especially in the upper portion. I'm also unhappy with my tummy tuck and liposuction. I expected a flatter stomach and smoother contour, but that's not the result I ended up with. What disappoints me most isn't just the outcome--it's that I never felt heard when I reached out with my concerns. Looking back, I wish I had trusted my instincts, asked more questions, and gotten a second opinion. Every patient will have a different experience. This is simply mine. I hope it helps someone else make a well-informed decision before choosing Dr. Jon S. Wilensky and Beautologie.

Her quality of care for my wife was 10/10!! Once they took her back for the surgery I received a phone call from Dr. Vande Ven approximately 55 minutes later and she said everything went great. 30 minutes later I received another phone call from Tia who took me back to see my wife. Tia assisted me in placing her in a wheelchair and gave me home care instructions prior to leaving. Today's experience was great and all staff were great. The person texting said that I was informed based on the note.. I would have remembered this since this was not a cheap purchase. I understand that everything has an expiration date it just upsetting that they don't have no ownership. They failed to inform me they least they can do is admit and apologize. Both locations are nice and sometimes I see the same girls work at both locations. The provider I was seeing on Camino Media had recently left so I'm currently seeing Jill. So far, she has been fantastic! She's super professional, very friendly and very informative. Any time I have seen her and the previous provider, I have always felt welcomed and that all my concerns have always been addressed. The staff is really friendly and they are always helpful. No one really enjoys visiting doctor's offices, but any time me or my son has visited, we always feel the girls do their best. The office is really nice, wait time is never too long, rooms are always clean and the offices are located in nice areas with plenty of parking. If you're looking for a dermatologist, I highly recommend this place. There's no cure for my psoriasis, but they always help me the best they can and make me feel cared for.
