Well, no problem. Let me still get my 10 AM massage. I get to the salon at 10 AM. Yelp, says they open at 9 am but nobody is there. I say at about 10:01am Karina shows up. She needs about 10 minutes to prepare before we can start the massage. I'm not in a rush, so no problem. My 90 minute massage was cut down to probably about 75 minutes. When I confronted her about it, she did takeoff $10. But many people would not say anything at all. I found this to be unethical. The whole thing was rather disappointing.

As a first-time patient, I came in with a lot of questions, which I think is completely reasonable when considering a major procedure. Instead of making me feel comfortable or informed, she seemed visibly annoyed and impatient. I even expressed that I valued her professional opinion and wanted guidance, but that didn't seem to matter. What was most unprofessional was how the consultation ended. After spending the entire appointment discussing options as if we were moving forward, she left the room, and a patient coordinator came back to tell me that the doctor would not be taking me on as a patient because she didn't feel I was a "good fit" or that she could meet my expectations. I was completely blindsided. If that was truly her decision, it should have been communicated directly and respectfully by the doctor, not passed off to a coordinator after the fact. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. To make matters worse, they then suggested I see another doctor by simply taking photos and having him call me, rather than offering a proper consultation. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable continuing with the practice. Overall, the experience left a very bad impression. I came in excited and hopeful, and left feeling discouraged and disrespected. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.

She would keep saying 10 mins and it took an hour later I was supposed to be ready for my engagement party and she made me over an hour late. My make up had discoloration my eyeshadow was on my nose, my eyeliner was the worst eyeliner I've ever seen, this was the make up look I showed her to do and this is what she did. I had her booked for me and 5 other girls for my engagement party and once I left she canceled on my whole event. Most probably because she knows how bad she did. I then asked for a refunded and she started to speak foul to me staying the reason she did so bad was because I'm " buried to my phone and correcting every little thing." Not once was I rude to her work I tried to not make her insecure on her work but she made me feel so insecure with my make up on my day. I came home wiped it all off and now way more late. Not only that but on her yelp she says her make up is only $60 but she tried charging me $75 and then gave me a "discounted price" for supposedly $65. Worst service & worst make up I've ever experienced.
