I bought a kitchen full of octagon glass knobs. The glass popped out of the brass hardware on multiple knobs. I called customer service and they would not replace them. They rudely offered me a 10% discount for each $16 knob that was defective. Does Trump run this company???? This is a shop that I want to like. Their atheistic is great. Their prices are astronomical, but there are some items here that I am/was willing to pony up for. Customer service though is terrible. I say that as someone that has been shopping at this location since 2010, though these days I only go to pick up an order or if something is only available in-store. There are 5 or more stories I could tell to illustrate, but I will stick to my latest interaction: My wife an I went in for a mailbox. It is discontinued, but this store has one on display. I called and yes it was available. We go downtown to buy it and I happen to be wearing overalls. I also have two full sleeves of tattoos, so maybe the thought was I couldn't afford anything. My wife on the other hand is tiny and cute and approachable and happened to be toting a Coach bag and wearing D&G sunglasses. Neither of our differing appearances mattered. We were ignored and not just for a couple of minutes... It was at least an equal opportunity ignore. After getting tired of being walked by, I asked an associate for help with the mailbox and was told that it was damaged and that they could not sell the display model. The tag was on it for sale. When I pointed it out, she tore it off. She then walked away and did not attempt to sell us anything else or work with us on that piece. My wife had $300 worth of bath linen to buy and no offer to even help with that. The store was not busy. There were two other sets of customers. We left the linen and left the store. We will spend our money elsewhere or online. This location if off my list of places that I am willing to go. read more

Apparently I should've read the comments before... Experiencing the same thing now. Very disappointed-- purchased an expensive bathroom vanity my wife fell in love with, they sent us one that was completely broken so we sent back. Noticed same vanity went on sale on their site a bit later so we tried again. They took our money and sent us the vanity missing important parts that are no longer made. Issued a return, and they have been sitting on this for months now without any return of funds nor pickup of product. Something is fundamentally flawed with Rejuvenation since being acquired by Williams Sonoma. They are trying to live off the reputation of the original company. Product after product I have received has had issues related to poor quality. The customer service agents are great. The products are not. Products are often great, but the reviews about customer service are true. I literally had to contact multiple people to get a refund when a product wasn't delivered. There was no mail or other message telling me it wasn't coming. When I noticed the missing material, I called, and they told me my order had been "canceled, and that I could call support to order it again if I wanted. I did call, and it turned out that the item was out of stock, so they just didn't send it. That's $830 worth of kitchen hardware. They said the replacement would be available in five months. I wrote asking for a refund, and nobody responded, so I called again. I obviously asked this third support person for a refund, and in order to get that, they said I had to box the one piece (out of 24) that I did receive, take it to UPS, and mail it back. They didn't provide a mechanism to return it, and there's no compensation for them not delivering $830 worth of goods. I'm shocked that a major company can do this, and I wish there was a way for more people to see this behavior. Just amazingly bad. read more

I ordered a loveseat couch and 2 recliners back in November, 2024. They arrived Mid January, 2025. The first problem we noticed was the iron-on patch on the botton of the loveseat. Turns out the white glove delivery service guys punctured a hole in the botton and patched it up, hoping we would not notice the damage. After sitting on the furniture for a month we noticed that the cushions were sagging and wrinkling at the seams. I opened the zippers and pulled out the inserts. The sewing on the cushion was substandard, different colored threads were used on the seams and waves seam lines that should be straight. The inserts themselves were not full enough to hold the shape of the cushions and from gentle daily use and body pressure, had collapsed. The height of the seat cushions are supposed to be 22.5 inches for the recliners and 20.5 inches for the loveseat. I just measured them today. The recliner seats are now only 19.5 inches high and the bench loveseat height is 18 inches near the arms, but bulges out to 19.5 inches in the middle. The advertised specs of this furniture includes the air that will be loss with average usage, so is completely misleading. I've been trying to work with their customer care and have provided numerous photos and explanations. I'v just received the repairs that they agreed to do, but they are mostly wrong. I never received the 2 seat cushions with new inserts for the loveseat replacement option. They sent me only 2 loveseat back cushions without inserts. The 2 recliner backseat covers came and they where sewn better, but I still have to go a an upholster to get the proper inserts made for them. I have a bad back and chose this furniture due to the higher seating height. Well that turned out to be lie. All the cushions are fluffed up with air. Now that they have deflated they are just too low to help me get out of the chairs and loveseat. Yes a couple of inches does make a difference with seating. What a hassle and disappointment! Should have looked at all the one star reviews before ordering. Don't waist your money or your time with this company. read more

I have limited, but good experience w/this company. LOVE the goose neck outdoor lights I have on my garage + found some beautiful linen bedding, shams, duvet covers that you don't see everywhere. I've ordered a lamp + bedside table and am waiting on that delivery. When I was in the Seattle store, on a relatively quiet afternoon, I received lots of attn from staff, who collected the linens I found & brought to the register + helped me carry them to my car. There are not enough words to express my dissatisfaction with this company. I ordered the pewter mission pulls, over $1300 worth of hardware. Upon receiving the items and handling them, black tarnish came off all the pulls on my hands and new white cabinets, like cheap aluminum. The company replaced them with a new set and the same thing happened. I gave up and ordered the brushed nickel as holes for that exact item were already drilled in my brand new cabinets. The pulls didn't fit because the screws were 1 1/4 inches NOT 1.5 inches, like the directions said. This stuff is imported GARBAGE. Stay away. read more

In the process of remodeling a mid-century home. While Rejuvenation has a great selection of period pieces, the company charges 10% of your order cost to ship it to you. The last time I ordered, there was an issue so I went up to the Seattle store. They refunded the purchase, and were helpful in reordering it to the store to avoid the shipping fee. I called today to order additional lighting, the salesperson seem disinterested in helping and shipping to the store because the items are custom assembled is not an option. In addition to tax, this adds close to $300 to my order. As the shipping is just 10% of your order price, this means the company is charging you base off the order amount and not what it's actually costing to ship the item. read more

Joining the chorus of dismay re. customer service. Split a large order in two, charged to separate cards to avoid exceeding credit card limits. For the larger order, Revuvenation placed the expected $25K pre-authorization, then, one day later, a second one for $18K, thus blowing through the credit card limit and causing other, recurring, charges to be declined. Can't dispute either charge with AmEx since they are pre-authorizations. When I called Rejuvenation, the first rep claimed not to be able to see the order at all, though it was clearly there in my account on their site. With no sense of urgency, a manager called me back the next day and literally said there was nothing he or anyone else at Rejuvenation could do to reverse the bogus charge and I should just wait a week to see if it fell off or dispute it if it didn't. The products are nice but customer service is a total failure. read more

Do not buy custom orders from Rejuvenation. The lead times are deceiving - the site says they are in stock and will ship at a specific date but it is wrong. Rejuvenation will charge you once you purchase the custom order and then you will wait months and months for a shipment that will not come. This happened to me - it has been over 3 months since I ordered an in stock piece that has still not been shipped but I was charged for it over three months ago. They have refused to cancel my order since it's "Custom". The only option I have now is to go to my credit card company to stop payment on the order. Save yourself some time and money and order from elsewhere. read more

Do not order from this company. Their items are beautiful but personal experience showed me they do not care about their customers. If you have any issue with your order (including errors on their end) it will go uncorrected. We ordered a bed frame and paid for white glove delivery. Wrong item was sent (wrong color, wrong size) and I had to spend hours on phone/email to have the issue corrected. Their "solution" was to reorder and put us at the back of the queue to wait more than a month for a new item to arrive. Would not expedite for us or provide compensation us for the additional wait - and again it was THEIR error. It is telling that everywhere you look are poor reviews RE: customer service and no response or effort from the company to correct. I only wish I had heeded past reviewers and stayed away. read more

If you like lighting, you must visit this shop (though the Portland locationis nicer). The Seattle location is smaller than Portland location. You'll find reproduction handcrafted vintage lighting and shades, plumbing, hardware and random pieces of interest (e.g., candles, dishes) in an old SODO building with 25 foot ceilings. It's the perfect place to see their products and gather advice. Their strong suit is lighting with styles ranging from Victorian to Mid-Century Modern. I've seen their lamps all over Portland and Seattle. All their pendant lamps are custom made. Towards the back, they have a small selection of restored antique lamps, one of a kind pieces and vintage reproduction light bulbs. You can design your lighting online at their website. read more

This shop is the little cousin of the original Portland store, which has become a bit of a tourist attraction due to its deep stock of century old salvage. You'll also find some great Arts and Crafts period furniture (Stickley, etc) if you own a Craftsman home, this place is MUST. Just left the Seattle store and was very disappointed in the customer service, there is none, and the quality of the merchandise, definitely not anywhere near what it used to be. Also, if your not into the Mid Century Modern vibe then for the most part your out of luck. The selection used to be quite a bit more diverse. We have bought all our lighting and hardware from Rejuvenation for the last 25 years. We remodeled 3 homes and always found beautiful/excellent quality lighting/hardware at Rejuvenation. Because of the excellent quality we could justify the high cost. Since Rejuvenation was bought by the same company that owns Pottery Barn, West Elm and Willian Sonoma in 2011 it's slowly but surely lost its allure. While the quality of their products has nose dived they have maintained the very high price tag. Anything special about Rejuvenation is long gone and we felt it the minute we walked in the store. It's turned into Pottery Barns more expensive older sibling. One loop around the place and we both decided that there was no need to ever return. Super sad. read more

Customer service is glad to take it back at our shipping cost- we have ordered furniture from Crate and Barrel, Restoration Hardware and if there were any issues- the company came and picked it up- NO COST TO US. I guess they have lighting here... but that's not all they have! They also have a wide selection of knobs and accessories, and even some beautiful furniture in a variety of styles, from clean and classic mid century to guilded in gold leaf to hollywood regency to industrial chic. I found some amazing bar carts and desks/sofa tables I would love to have if I needed them, as well as some neat scissors and wall mount bottle openers and letter openers. Nothing I needed, per se, but I went home with an amazing bulldog wall mount bottle opener all the same. It looks like a gargoyle, and is maybe not the most functional thing ever, but is just quirky enough. I found a chair that I wanted to buy and have delivered, but was told they don't deliver. Since others are talking about delivery on yelp, I'm not sure what's going on there - if it's just a quirk that they don't deliver what they carry in stock, or what. Prices are a little on the more expensive side, but the collection is well tailored and prices are not unreasonable. Some days you just gotta get a Rejuvenation fix. Stopped in over the weekend because it had been way too long since I'd been, and I was just hankering to browse their incredibly cool stuff. The Seattle Rejuvenation store does not have the square footage of its big sister in Portland, but it makes the most of the space it does have. Lots of brilliantly-styled lights, cabinet hardware, door knobs, door bells, clocks, vases, vintage seltzer bottles... Also, my husband and I were both happy to note that, it seems every time we go into the Seattle Rejuvenation store, they have more and more actual salvaged good, too. We definitely prefer "vintage" home decor to modern, so Rejuvenation gives us lots to love at every turn. read more

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. placed an order on a couch for 3 months ago and have been following up and confirming its delivery multiple times throughout the process. I have confirmation and multiple emal paper trails with their assurances that the order is on track. Its due tomorrow and they tell me they dont have the order and it was never made due to an NSF on my account. They brushed me off and sent me off to Amex to confirm. I called Amex and they sent me a confirmation of the payment and the removal of my account of the $2500 3 months ago. Yet, the morons in customer service and sales staff keep repeating back to me what their computer says, over and over again. Then they tell me that that the line of fabric has been discontinued so I dont get the sale price but will have to pay the $4,500 for the undiscounted price and wait another 3 months for its creation. At which point, the explicatives started flying. You would think that at those prices, they would provide a better experience than a thrift store. This is only my second review on Yelp ever after using it forever and my last one was a 5 star. read more

A little over priced for what you get (the actual mechanisms and handles are just Schlage), but the escutcheon is a unique product so they can charge what they want. Judging from the quality of the light fixtures, what this company does (when they tell you the fixtures are assembled in Portland OR) is assemble parts from CHINA. And that's not all, hold on for their incompetent shipping and billing operation. You will receive multiple emails everytime an item ships telling you that EVERYTHING you've ever ordered in your entire history with the company has shipped!!?? You'll be incredibly confused. When you call the company, trying to figure out what happened, they will tell you, "Oh yeah, we know our system for email tracking of shipments is screwed up--we're trying to fix it." If you return an item for replacement (one separately packaged component of an entire light fixture) after speaking with customer service and being assured that you will receive a credit for it, YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR ALL COMPONENTS AGAIN. They have really great stuff. Pricey, but really nice. I ordered a very expensive chandelier from them. When it arrived it didn't have any bulbs, and the bulbs are pricey. I called the main number and when I pointed out that the pictures online showed the fixture with bulbs and nowhere on the site did it say it didn't come with them, the man said I was right and said he'd ship some bulbs. Very nice. When they arrived, they were LED bulbs, not the beautiful filament bulbs I had wanted (and which were shown in the pictures). So I took the bulbs to the Seattle store to exchange them. When the store manager heard I had received the bulbs, he was incredibly rude - like I had gotten away with something I shouldn't have. He wouldn't exchange the ones I had and would only sell me the filament bulbs. Now here's the thing: the LED bulbs were about twice as expensive as the filaments, so he would have actually MADE money on the transaction by switching them out. Since I needed the bulbs that day because we were throwing a party, I bought the filaments. But I would NEVER shop there again. This is such an example of total disregard for the customer - he had a chance to have a loyal customer for life - I had been glowing about how nice the guy on the phone had been. Instead, he's alienated me for sure. Postscript: I took the LED bulbs and sold them on EBay for about 50% more than I had paid for the filament bulbs, so I actually made money on this deal. It took a very long time, but when I was finally able to get behind the "curtain" of customer service, I connected with someone (Wendi) who did an absolutely amazing job of dealing with the problem. She made sure the faucet order had gone through and kept us updated on its shipping status. She also offered a partial refund on the purchase price and in addition gave me the option to get a few items from the store, gratis. She was absolutely terrific to deal with, and in the end, did quite a bit to rectify the unfortunate events surrounding the order. I'm happy. read more
