Once you enter the hotel you need to walk towards the back and then go down the stairs. I registered for their flow yoga class and it what exactly what I needed. The instructor explained and demonstrated all the moves. The room has a nice view of the water and has mirrors all around. The spa is super nice and has several lounging areas. The changing rooms are spacious and have everything you need including hair dryer, lotion, shampoo and cotton pads. I would love to go back to try another class!
