Have worked out most of my 80 year life and injuries are just killers to fitness and training, but working with these guys is bringing me back to a healthy place to be. This gym used to be called Texas Fit - many members left because of cost or the change in venue - who knows, but I want to tell all out there looking for a real gym, then this is the place to come to and start getting back into shape (like I am doing) or strength building or whatever turns you on to a life building healthy way. The classes offered are Muay Thai, Close Quarters Combat, and High Intensity Training. I take the Muay Thai and CQC classes. Francisco, the owner/instructor is a very experienced fighter and makes you feel very welcome from day one. He pushes you to improve and is very hands on when coaching you on your technique. The Muay Thai classes are organized into levels so beginners work with other beginners and you don't feel out of place. I have learned quite a bit in my 1.5 months and am looking forward to more time in this gym.
