Since writing my last review I have gone back to get another mod and as always they were GREAT. They showed me everything I need to know and then some they are helpful, knowledgeable, and sooo nice. This is a great place to hang and the best shop in town I don't shop anywhere else!!!!! read more

Bought a box mod supposed to be genuine and paid over $100 for it, lasted less then 5 months contacted the owner said wouldn't warranty it, so I contacted the manufacturer and they said they weren't authorized to sell the box and the box was a clone. Turned out one of the employee's got the box from a sponsor and sold it as original. This place is a joke and like to steal from customers. Will be contacting business licensing board for fraud. read more

I was excited to see another shop in the NW, hoping for a decent shop with quality juice & more than just Ego's/beginner hardware. After trying 10 or 12 flavors, I had a headache & was no longer interested. I love to support LV shops, and I almost ALWAYS leave with at least a bottle of juice, but I was very dissatisfied in the quality. They had an OK variety, and a few of the names of them actually made my mouth water. But there was something about it I didn't like...tasted very generic to me. It most certainly wasn't the "premium juice" that they claim it is... The pricing on their juice is fair, however, prices on hardware is absolutely rediculous - most prices are DOUBLE what I would pay at their close competitors. On top of the sky-high prices, the employee tried every excuse in the book & even argued with me as an embarrassing attempt to justify why I should pay TWICE as much at their shop, when I could just drive 5 minutes away for the EXACT same items at a much better price. Lol then he told me he would "price match...within $10" (that's not a price match, that's a discount) but only "IF I could verify that a different shop has lower prices". That's THEIR job, not mine. And as a business owner myself, it's kind of an un-written rule when working retail, that you know the prices of your competitors & either match, or come close within reason... Charging 75%+ is not "within reason". Having been a vaper for 3 years, I've made my way around the city, checking out & supporting as many shops as I can. I STILL cannot wrap my head around the prices (I only inquired about mechs & RDA's btw), & the excuses...the attitude!! Charging "authentic" prices for replicas, and even had the audacity to say "Yeah but did you know that the original is $180?" I dont give a rats ass what the authentic version costs, we're discussing a CLONE. I dunno...it's a real turn off to me that they are charging these prices & raping the vapers that simply don't know any better. I've never even written a yelp review, yet I was so disgusted that I had to say something. Oh and the lady working there wouldn't even get OUT OF HER ROLLING CHAIR while helping another customer. She literally rolled herself around the shop. How's that for business etiquette?! Sheesh. Save your time AND money and go somewhere else. read more

Stopped by to grab a quick flavor for my e roll, I hate all flavors that don't taste like cigarette they give me a headache and in my opinion it's very hard to quit when ur smoking pineapple taste not tobacco, After explaining this over the phone and that I was in a rush an would be running in quickly they told me they had exactly what I needed and it would be ready in 10 minutes. 10 minutes later I come in and the person who I spoke to on the phone is no where to be found and neither is my order and the person who's working there says they've been the only person working all day and didn't know anything about my phone call... Idk if the number was wrong or there was a miscommunication but it ended up taking 25 minutes from my phone call to make a bottle of juice (that after I waited I noticed they already had the same one pre-made in the corner now wondering if that was my order) and I really didn't have the time to spare. Nice stuff in the shelves but I probably won't be back Pink Spot is pretty good with all my needs read more

Came in because I needed a flavor and ended up buying a tank as well. DO NOT buy your tanks here, the two women behind the counter were extremely kind which is why I didn't think twice to spend 65+ dollars on the best tank in the store. I just saw this thing online for like 15-25 dollars absolute max on more than one e cig website. So yes shame on me for not doing my research but I mean do you really need to make that much money off someone for such a small product? I wouldn't recommend this place because they charge a lot of money for products you can find much cheaper about anywhere else. Boy do I feel fooled by those two ladies. read more

Very good shop, owner and workers look after every customer that walks in the door wether it's regarding a new juice flavor, looking to start vaping, or setting up a new build. I've been to other shops in vegas and none of them compare to the welcome home feeling that you get when you walk into this shop. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.
