It has been over a month and after a trip expensive trip to the ER and time, it is mostly feeling healed. It was Excessive Pressure. The owner offered an apology and had a conversation with the therapist about the incident she stated. No refund was ever given and all communication ceased. It is probably not worth contacting an attorney at this point. ($1600 ER bill) and many days of pain, but an expensive lesson. Higher priced massages does not necessarily equate to higher quality.

We arrived the next day and Scott greeted us, brought us to the Room of Tranquility and gave us Tea. We met Aaron and Logan. They asked how we would like the pressure and brought us to the room.
